How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been looking online for a production agency in Vancouver that matches our style and quality of filming. Jayme was the best match of five options we found

We did pre-production like locations, shotlist, style examples and a local JAGA contact and had some videocalls with Jayme to discuss the needed footage and style. He planned the shoot itself directly with the local contact, needed little support and was clear on planning and costs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Good quality footage for our database and to be used in a high end Productvideo for our customer. Not yet final and live

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the quality of the footage and the style of their communication and collaboration.

I'm the co-founder and Project Manager of Renovo Creative, an environmental creative agency here in Vancouver. I'm involved in the strategic planning, project management and coordination of the project status to the team and stakeholders.

Jayme Cowley Media Co. helped Renovo cover the 10th year annual bike ride of Triple Crown for Heart in 2019. It’s a non-profit organization helping BC Children Hospital and Children’s Heart Network.

Our goal was to produce the 10th year anniversary bike race to cover highlights of the event and use the video to promote the race and to thank the supporters, sponsors as well as the family and friends who volunteered to raise funds for the kids of BC Children Hospital and Children's Heart Network.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I hired Jayme for few projects with KIMBO Design, another company where I previously worked as a Project Manager. We worked with GCI Health and GCI Canada to produce videos for medical and healthcare companies like Abbott and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

All the video projects we worked together run smoothly because of Jayme's professionalism and creative inputs in every step of the video production.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Jayme Cowley directly and the feedback process was so easy and fast. The edited videos can be reviewed through frame.io to make the review process and comments fast. He was able to deliver the revisions and final video on time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final edited video for the Triple Crown for Heart non-profit organization was posted on their website and Youtube account. It has been shared and liked by a lot of supporters of the organization.

Jayme was very responsive and provides a project update in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jayme was easy to work with and a good storyteller with amazing video shots and an organized process.

Overall experience working with Jayme Cowley Media was amazing.
