I'm the marketing specialist for Scarlet Tech. We design and manufacture world-class Occupational HSE instruments.Our mission is to create a safer work site by leveraging wireless and IoT technology.

For what projects/services did your company hire Jash Entertainment, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create a web Augmented Reality (AR) platform for our newly launched WR3-Plus Wireless Wind Speed Anemometer. After searching and talking to a few potential AR developers, we decided to use JASH entertainment's service. They deliver the work in a pretty fast manner, just throughout the process, we are facing a technical issue. The AR experiences are not well-delivered for Android and IoS and some buttons are not able to be clicked.

We chose JASH based on their company profile and past projects portfolio. They delivered a similar AR project before with big reputable brands.

We created our own wireframe design to JASH. Then JASH did the 3D modelling design and the AR development.

I was quite disappointed with the technical issues we are facing. But JASH managed to put in more effort and deliver a desirable result in the end. They are very responsible.

Project management style: mostly via Whatsapp and emails. Project timeliness is very good in general.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a reasonable price, project timeliness, and AR development quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some technical issues at the end of this project. In the end, they managed to fix it. It could have been better if they are kept up-to-date with current iOS/Android development and compatibility with AR.

Basically my company : Learnnatto truly based on making education more fun based learning so everyone from a Kindergarten to K12 or Graduate can more engageable with it and more conscious towards it. i truly believing in power of visualization like how small child reacts while using any digital medium. in this similar manner i am planning to make every text form , bookish language to more interactive , immersive and playable content so pupils get themselves along and learn with smile , left a conventional method of learning and boredom.

I am very much satisfied with them and making more advance features of this project with JE Team only .

With such a complex project, Jash team did a very perfect job to deliver the whole thing end to end. They were very patient to cater to each of my demand around the quality of project. Even during covid pandemic, they stayed committed to the project.

I looked it up in upwork. They gave very good timeline and even entertained some last minute changes to the project in order to satisfy the client.

We built projects focussing on puzzle games with some characters included. Challenge was to build the whole platform with the help of JSON from backend. Making configurable game end to end is quite complex.

With score calculation, character discussion to options in each game, everything is coming from backend. So error handling had to be the absolutely best. After the game is played, the whole game data has to be sent to backend so that it can be analysed in backend. Unity3d was used.

I'm a co-founder of a company that provides media, entertainment, and resources to parents, for their children. I’m responsible for media creation and project management.

With the growing popularity of AR/VR, we saw an opportunity to integrate this technology in conjunction with our products and services. We felt this type of interactive technology would appeal to children and, combined with our analog products and materials, could create opportunities for conversation with parents in a fun and interesting way. We had the idea but did not have the capabilities to execute them in the form of an app, which is why we hired Jash Entertainment.

What were your goals for this project?

Our project required 3D-modeling, animation, and AR app development. We needed a team fluent in 3D software, animation, with programming capabilities and knowledge to deploy apps in both iOS and Android platforms. In addition to providing a fun and interactive resource for parents and children to enjoy, we anticipate this project will distinguish and set our company apart from other companies with similar products.

My partners and I contacted three agencies. Jash Entertainment was not only equipped with the knowledgeable and skilled team required to assist us with our goals, but their prices were also very competitive in comparison to those we researched.

Initially, we set out to have a portion of our app completed for testing purposes, to be sure of our direction, and Jash Entertainment was up for the challenge. They were not only enthusiastic about our project and the message we wanted to convey, but they were also very open with suggestions and feedback to make the project better than we hoped. This made for an energetic partnership in which we felt very comfortable collaborating with them. When initial contact was made and the project guidelines communicated through a detailed brief, we were provided with a quote and timeline that suited our budget and deadlines. After approval, we were given a project plan that laid out milestones for modeling, animation and app development with cost schedules for each. We provided storyboards as well as video examples that were requested to make sure they produced just what we were looking for with minimal to no amendments. Our team was so impressed with the results of the first portion of our app that we decided to continue to work with Jash Entertainment in completing our project, which is now ongoing.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As this project is still ongoing, we do not currently have any metrics, however through our beta-testing and the few presentations of our initial demo app, we anticipate a successful and well-received product. This project has also sparked a new excitement and promoted more creativity amongst our team members in-house. We look forward to continuing to produce more products in a similar vein with Jash Entertainment once this first app is launched.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management is top-notch. Jenny is instrumental in communicating our expectations to their team, keeping our project on track and ensuring that we are satisfied with the results of their work. With regular check-ins through Google Hangouts, Jash Entertainment is completely transparent with their progress and provides us with regular updates on the status of each portion of our project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I find most impressive is their efficiency, eagerness to deliver exactly what you have in mind, as well as the care and appreciation they provide in making our project come to fruition. They were so efficient that at times we felt that we were behind on our deliverables. Jenny once said that they did not look at our project as work, but instead were honored to be a part of bringing our ideas and dreams to life. It was then that I knew that we had chosen the right team to collaborate with.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. The team at Jash Entertainment is very accommodating, highly knowledgeable. Their flexibility, as well as availability, has been greatly appreciated.

I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism so I have rehired them several times since 2018. We started with developing an Augmented Reality app, which was an excellent job, we then moved ahead to advance it by introducing more functions and capabilities. The app on scanning can augment audio, picture slider, 3D, video, make calls etc. Currently we are in the middle of yet another upgrade.

The management of the project is handled entirely by Jash Entertainment. Normally they ask for a brief and then they give a quote together with timelines and deliverables (milestones). It a very effective way of working because I am able to track the progress with a clear mind.

We tried several vendors in the U.S., India, and Ukraine. Jash Entertainment was not only the cheapest, but also offered the best value and the most expertise. They took their time outlining key project requirements, creating a realistic timeline, and answering our questions. Several other teams wanted up-front payments, but Jash Entertainment understood that we would need a scope of work and the right development team. They delivered a full scope within two weeks of the initial consultation and a proof of concept within 90 days.

The team built a great UI/UX for the first version of our product. They followed the original scope of the project, building a clean, simple platform and creating a strong competitor in the freelance gig economy. Even after our board suggested several changes, Jash Entertainment adhered to the project plan and scope. They delivered a functional beta and production version ahead of schedule. Now, they create full designs and develop backend functionalities.

The team included a project manager, technical advisor, a DevOps manager, a UI/UX designer, a product designer, a backend developer, a full-stack developer, an iOS developer, a PHP developer, and an Android developer.

The team has made a tremendous impact. Since going live in December 2018, we have accumulated over 2000 user engagements, including sales. We continue to refine the service and expect to acquire over 50,000 users during 2019.

The lead project manger communicates constantly, sometimes daily, with our team. They answer our questions and offer technical guidance. Jash Entertainment was flexible during the early stages of the project, and has gone above and beyond to ensure that the project stays on schedule and under budget.

Their most impressive quality is their flexibility. We can't throw much at them that they can't tackle or figure out. They're dedicated, competent professionals with broad resources.
