The progress reports were sent punctually on a monthly basis. The code was deposited in a dedicated repo and it was possible to constantly measure the progress of the work

"We are satisfied with the work done by Jagaad during the recent project he managed for MyNet. We had some critical issues in the initial phase as the initial budget was not respected, probably due to an in-depth analysis and also considering the complexity of the required updating process by MyNet. After that Jagaad was able to do a new more in-depth analysis which then ensured that the goal was achieved. 

Jagaad's ability to identify potential challenges and come up with innovative solutions was really quality. proactive approach helped generate added value for the whole project and made clear their commitment to deliver high quality results.During the project, we were faced with several unforeseen challenges, but thanks to their expertise, every obstacle was passed without a hitch Jagaad demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of the Symfony freamwork on which the project was based.

JAGAAD has provided us with one Java developer to work alongside our client’s internal IT team. The developer is helping our client build a new backend system using Java technologies. They’re also helping migrate the client’s data to the new system. 

The JAGAAD team has collaborated with our clients on other projects, using technologies such as PHP and Python. We typically review our client’s needs and cross-reference them with JAGAAD’s availability and resources to determine whether we’ll include them in the project.

We started working with JAGAAD in March 2022, and the partnership is ongoing. Our engagement is set to end in December 2022, but we may extend the contract depending on our client’s needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measure success through client feedback, and our client has been very happy with JAGAAD’s work. The Java developer has strong technical abilities, and they’ve integrated well with the client’s internal team. Furthermore, the client has renewed their collaboration with the developer twice already. 

How did JAGAAD perform from a project management standpoint?

JAGAAD has been excellent at meeting deadlines, collaborating, and communicating with our client. We’ve only received great feedback. We typically communicate via email, phone, and Slack. They’re very responsive, and they communicate clearly and openly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been most impressed with JAGAAD’s transparency. They have the capacity to underline precisely what they can and can’t do, which we appreciate. Additionally, they’re very precise regarding deadlines; we’re very comfortable handing over projects because we’re confident they’ll deliver. Their consistency and reliability have enabled us to set clear expectations with our client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

JAGAAD is the perfect partner, but if they could find more developers who speak Italian, that would be fantastic.

We hired them to build another ML training platform for a cybersecurity presentation based on AI software.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JAGAAD is developing the frontend of the ML platform using JavaScript, specifically, React and Vue.js. We’re in the early stage of the project, but JAGAAD has already drafted the platform’s UX/UI using Figma. They’ve shared all the design graphics they want to implement on the frontend. I’ve provided feedback on the templates they provided, which, in conjunction with my propositions, are being used in the designs. 

Once we have the frontend developed, JAGAAD will create the backend.

JAGAAD has allocated 14 teammates to our project, including project managers and designers.

I knew JAGAAD before I hired them for this project.

This ongoing project began in November 2022. However, our ongoing partnership began with JAGAAD about a year ago; we’ve worked together on several projects.

The UX/UI JAGAAD has delivered makes my customers happy — their work has positively impacted my company.

The project management is being done in Confluence, Jenkins, and GitLab. Their team manages the project well — everything is delivered on time. If something is delayed, JAGAAD relays it to me well in advance.

They’re very organized in project management. Working with partners like JAGAAD, who are more organized than local vendors, is impressive.

I’m ecstatic over the work they’re doing now — I have no improvements for JAGAAD.

I'm the CEO of Strooka, a SaaS company for restaurant chains and food service providers. We are focused on automating processes within restaurants to make merchants less overwhelmed by operational jobs. We are based in Milan, Italy, but we serve restaurants all around Europe.

I first gave them a small task to solve one particular issue as a test and as a way to smoothly onboard them onto the platform. From there, we have been introducing more complicated tasks and customer requirements.

They’ve developed the whole frontend of a website we designed, and they provided us with the software for that. We mainly use PHP language with some market frameworks, like Laravel.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work, the quality of the handover they have with other teams, and the quality of the people. 

How did JAGAAD perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been really good, but sometimes we exceed timelines and budgets because some requirements were unclear at the beginning of the project. We use Jira for project management. For communication, we use everything because nothing is 100% reliable. We use Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, emails, and a few other channels, but we mainly use Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

After the first brief, they took the first few days to set everything up perfectly to enable a smooth workflow. They’re great people, and it's lovely to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their reporting could be a little bit more precise and detailed.

Be professional, set an environment of standardization, and have clear requirements.
