iWebDNA has helped us set up everything, from tracking and webmaster tools to Google Analytics and conversion tracking systems. They’ve also optimized our website and sorted out our conversion tracking issues.

We work with a team of three people. It includes an account manager, a developer, and a Google Ads expert who reviewed our account.

We found iWebDNA through a Google search. Their proposal was really good. They addressed our pain points and gave us samples and screenshots of the work they had previously done for other clients.

We started working with them in July 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our conversion rate was up by 21% since the first month that iWebDNA implemented everything. They set up our Google Ads account two months later, and we’ve seen a huge difference in our conversions since. Now, we also spend less money on Google Ads; they have helped us a lot with that.

How did iWebDNA perform from a project management standpoint?

iWebDNA has their own project management system. They created an account for us and set up a task list, and we then set up the milestones once we agreed upon them. We have a live performance board where we can see what is going on, how the projects are progressing, and which are our deadlines and results.

On this system, they upload all the files and related data so that we have a better understanding of what is going on with our project. We have never asked them to send us a report because everything is there in real time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

iWebDNA is very reliable.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

iWebDNA has a 14-day trial period, which is enough time for anyone to calculate their potential success. Engage with them in that trial period; they are very helpful with that.

We are a custom packaging company, make custom packaging and boxes as per customer requirements. I am working as senior sales manager also looks after online marketing segments SEO, PPC and Social Media.

We hire iWebDNA to audit and optimize our PPC campaigns and setup conversion tracking and goal tracking. Our primary objective is to optimize our PPC campaigns and track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and ROI from each channel.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We approach various vendors and receive their proposals, but iWebDNA proposal was really matched with objective then we have a zoom conference, where they demonstrate us how they take up the project and optimize it. Deciding factors were as follows. - Integration Guide (Conversion Tracking Google Ads & Analytics) - Plan to reduce PPC Ads cost - Increase quality leads from PPC campaigns - Analytics Custom Reports to see day to day reports - Google Data Studio Birds Eye Reports (Spending, Conversions & Traffic)

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Our engagement began with a frustration of loosing ad spend without leads and we were unable to trace the fault to control our budget, we would like to see what campaigns are generating more quality leads and highlight the ones which were not performing. They helped us with Google Ads audit and setup analytics and google ads reports to monitor these. From there, they also optimize our campaigns settings and integrate Google Ads with Google Analytics to analyze campaigns performance. Their team also rewrites our ads copies and manage negative keywords lists. Their team equipped us with power to monitor our paid and organic campaigns.

They assigned us a dedicated account manager who looks after our account, also there are two more persons who do communicate with us one is Ads Copywriter & other one is UX / UI Developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the PPC and Search efforts, we're getting 30 to 50 qualified leads everyday. We also about to sign up for SEO Services to increase organic site traffic too.

They've been great to meet sales objective and leads per day goals. They deliver everything on promise time, we never face unexpected delays. We mostly use email and their customer portal to communicate, and they're always quick to respond and implement changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very professional and their teams knowledge within the industry stands out. Specially their reporting techniques are great they offer kind of live reports. Also, I really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver everything on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be nice if they offer some of their services with discount price for lifetime.
