We needed our website & brand redesigned wholly. 
Key deliverables during the project were:
- Logo Design & Branding Toolkit
- Website Mockup
- Website Development as per the new Mockup 
- Online Ordering system for our restaurant with Payment integration & Delivery
- Inventory management for Bar
- Functionality of Geo-Location based Delivery zone around our restaurant
- Responsiveness of website on all screens

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got a responsive e-commerce based website with all the functionalities we scoped out. 
It included Online Ordering with Woocommerce which had Cart & checkout integrated on website. 

Our customers can view products, choose Addons, add custom notes for our Kitchen and place the orders including Tip for our Chefs. 

We can manage inventory, time based opening and closing of orders along with notifications to customers within our Manager & Kitchen User dashboard.

Everything was managed well through Email & WhatsApp (preferred mode of communication). 

We reviewed progress at each stage, be it the Mockup Design part, or Development of functionalities. Any changes were made swiftly as we requested on the way. 

Once the website was ready, they worked on Meta data & then moved it live at our stipulated time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were delivered a perfect logo as we required one portraying Sun & our business ideals. 

After that, we were delivered a website (which is also being upgraded by them currently) followed by SEO & Social Media Management. We have been quite impressed with their due diligence in getting the inputs, reviewing them and planning the progress of our project exactly as per our needs.

Our work from IWD Technologies was handled by Mr. Nav, as a Project Coordinator, through WhatsApp & Email. 

We also got a Project manager assigned, who managed input & feedback collection from our end, providing us concurrent progress update during the whole process. 

Every deliverable was completed very well on time, and all the changes/needs we mentioned, were taken care of after carefully curating them in the project.

The original task was to deal with these issues which was successfully done and then the work flowed to our non profit website which was build from scratch and then over a number of years both sites have been continuously improved.
