The scope of work covered the end-to-end design and development of a custom ERP platform to support a diversified holding structure.

Key deliverables included:

• Business Analysis & System Design: Comprehensive assessment of existing processes across subsidiaries, followed by creating a unified ERP architecture.
• Core ERP Modules: Development of modules for finance, HR, inventory management, procurement, project tracking, and reporting.
• System Integration: Seamless integration with existing accounting tools, internal applications, and external data sources.
• Cloud Deployment: Implementation of a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to support multiple entities within the holding.
• Customization & Flexibility: Configurable workflows and dashboards tailored to the needs of different industries (software solutions, gaming, aviation).

Are there any areas for improvement or something ITSTEADY could have done differently?

Overall, the collaboration was excellent. The only area for potential improvement would be to expand documentation and knowledge transfer even further, ensuring that internal teams can become fully independent more quickly. Aside from that, the delivery and support exceeded expectations.

One of our clients had long-pending issue with internal LMS including poor usability, low value for internal users and teams and low adoption. Client needed turnkey solution with rich user experience, connected with internal knowledge base and governance and legal information and based on approved Microsoft O365 platform. The solution should also provide rich automated workflows, notifications, learning programs and bundles and flexible content management capabilities

The solution was expected to be lean and highly integrated within current client ecosystem Key criterias for success were overall completion date (meet pre-defined deadlines), ability to work as one team with client stakeholders to identify solution priorities, gaps and best possible mix of out-of-the box capabilities and custom development and overall solution price including TCO.

The proposed approach was short 1-week sprints with rapid prototyping and demos. Team proven to be flexible to accomodate most of last minute client requests and provided great levels of client and expectations management to deliver E2E solution in such flexible and business-connected environment
