I'm the General Manager at Westside Chevrolet. We are a Chevrolet car dealership located in Katy, Texas. We sell and service new and pre-owned cars.

We hired ITSGURU for managing network infrastructure, desktop maintenance and Cybersecurity compliance for Federal Safeguards Rule.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A friend of the owner referred them. Referral mentioned that they had an outstanding experience with this company and have been their client for years. So decided to schedule a meeting with them and hired them right after that.

They install, update and maintain all the PCs and upgrade them as needed. They manage the network equipment, make sure the internet and the server don't go down and don't affect the business. They have to backup all managers' pc to prevent data loss. Create or remove users for CDK and other software used in the dealership. They provide consulting as needed to improve business productivity and profitability.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

About 4-5 people. The owner, account manager, 2-3 technicians depending on the issue (different tech based on the situation)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for over 200pcs without putting our business on a halt in 2019. Seamless migration from older phone system to a smart phone system. Implement remote workstations for the accounting office within 2 business days during the pandemic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially, we used to have phone calls and emails, now they use a ticketing system. Once anyone from our store creates a ticket, we get a response them within few hours. Most of the major issues resolves in day or two.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are super fast with responding and resolving the tickets. If we want to do review and feedback meetings with them, they don’t make us wait.

I am the store Manager at East West International. We are 220volt electronics suppliers. We do both retail and wholesale operations. We have been in business for more than 30 years. We sell 220-volt electronics to customers worldwide. We have offices located in multiple countries including USA.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Before ITSGURU, we were working with a person IT person. It took us such long periods of time just to get response from him, let alone support. He would usually take more than few days before providing simple solutions and that always frustrated us because his work involved hour-long phone calls which meant he was never there when you needed him the most! So we decided to change to a mid-size IT company. We found ITSGURU on Google. After talking with ITSGURU's existing customers, we realized that this company is the perfect fit for us.

We were looking for streamlining our IT. We were looking for securely connecting remote users from overseas, 24x7 support, cloud backup, accounting software management and server management for website and offline.

We work with many different technicians based on the problem. We also work with account manager who checks in with us once a month.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been with them for more than seven years now. They have successfully upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, Office365 setup, Sage accounting software setup and troubleshooting, cloud-based backup for email and desktop PCs. They also manage all the cloud and offline server.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

ITSGURU support team is amazing. We create a ticket, and they reply within couple of minutes. They are instantly available 24x7. They understand our pain point and provide consultation for software when requested. They even created internal company website so users can communicate with each other and keep track of documents.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have amazing communication, punctuality, support, tracking system, and monthly reports.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They haven’t disappointed us yet. I don’t have any suggestions on improvement for them right now.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

GSH Event Center opened its door two years ago with the most modern technology sound systems, led TVs and many computers. We were looking for a company to manage our printers, led screen, pc, sound system and software. One of the venue directors referred us to Himanshu from Itsguru.

They are responsible for managing all the electronic equipment like led tv, sound systems, desktop pc and printers. They also consult us to add new technologies to manage the event venue.

3-4 people. Owner and a few technicians.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They worked with other technology vendors to install sound systems and led tv. They Successfully implemented : Quicksign Software for digital signage, Honeybook for project management, Installed wireless in entire building, Install multiple desktops and laptops, Worked with Carrier to implement smart AC technology for entire building and took training for future reference. Also worked with electrician for smart plug and switches installation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Its great. They regularly check in with us every week for any problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They adapt to new technologies very quickly. We don’t have to depend on multiple vendors as they coordinate with them and us for any new implementation or updates on the equipment. They took every training with all other technology vendors and documented for us.
