ITSentinel, was hired to design and develop the Ventus website. The new website was designed and developed in Drupal by an experience team of designer, developer, and SEO manager.

ITSentinel has experience and a long portfolio of website development. The team consisting of a very creative designer, developer, and experienced SEO manager. The deciding factor was their flexibility and assistance in designing the website prior to the development.

• Website launched and tested.

After the launch of the website we have a better representation of the services, narrowed down to the industry requirements.

The design of the website went very well, with a flexible timeline and prompt improvements. The communication was direct with all of the involved parties through Telegram.

Working with highly professionals in their fields, made it easier for us to implement new website design.

The team was quick to finish all our requests and updates for the website.

I am the leading specialist of the branch network development department. JSC Marka is the only company in Russia responsible for the publication and distribution of postage stamps. In 2020 AD Marka opened a branch in Austria (Vienna) for the sale of postage stamps to collectors from the EU.

To inform potential customers about opening a branch, we needed advertising on social networks and promotion of the branch's website in search engines.

How did you select ITSentinel and what were the deciding factors?

The company was chosen from several possible ones in Austria and Germany. The decisive factor was the flexibility in concluding a contract, a complete list of required services and a transparent payment system. Also, the advantage of the company for us is the Russian-speaking manager.

Communication was carried out through the project manager. The rest of the specialists worked on their tasks within the framework of the project, giving out a positive result.

During the implementation of the project, the number of site visitors increased. Considering the results of a survey of customers who placed an order, almost half of them saw ads on the Internet.

We are publishing research, studies, report and short documentary videos, we also publish in 4 languages, Arabic language is one of them, I had some issues with my last developer, then luckily, IT sentinel solved me all the problems I had them before.

First I found IT Sentinel when I was searching for a platform for social media campaigns, I had a great experience with them, they did many successful twitter campaigns, then I decided to hire them to develop my website.

1. We had a meeting, I was describing the problems that I have.
2. They prepared me a written solution plan, with full explained steps specially the point of the Arabic language in the website, because the Arabic language direction is from right to left, and the other 3 languages are from left to right, before IT sentinel I had a huge issues, but now all solved.
3. After discussing the solution with the developer, we moved to the working process.
4. Mapping the website.
5. preparing data for migration.
6. Discussing the design, till we came to the targeted point.
7. Test Phase.

9. Fixing some issues online.

Then everything is great now.

Project manager was the contact person, behind their was the developer, and the social media manager step by step to put everything in the correct track, and the head of the department was step by step with all of us.

After the online phase, website was faster to reach, better google results, better when we publish on social media, because with the old website I always had an issues when the social media were fetching my posts,

And at the first month I had noticed the increasing of the traffic and websites visit by almost 65%>

As explained before, the contact was with the project manager. We used whatsapp for communication, with some face to face meetings. That let me sign a technical support contract with them, so we stay in permanent business relation.

They committed to the time frame, quality of services, fast in solving problems when founded.

All fine with IT Sentinel.

Naxis is a manufacture and trader of the infrared heatings and heating systems. I am the Administration and Sales manager, responsible for marketing strategies and online advertising in the company.

Our goal was to be on the first place in search results in our region for the specific keyword.

We started off with the first meeting, where they explained how the service is working, then we set up the budget. Everything was done through their user-friendly platform. Then all my questions and details were also answered through their support system on the platform.

We had a meeting with the Sales manager. He was nice, as he explained everything in details.

We were ranked on the 3-4 page in Google results. Now we are ranked on the first for the specific key-words. The result is very satisfying.

Their team was very pleasant. And then the nice support was able to answer all my questions.

Aside from the results, which were astonishing, I really liked their platform.

Everything was good. Maybe they could provide Google analytics more frequently.
