Normally working with quality assurance teams we see a high number of issues raised but of poor quality. With iterators, they focused on issues that are of high value and meaningful to our users. Specifically, instead of focusing on arbitrary form field lengths, they focused on our customers' journey through our application and ensuring the critical paths were covered and without defect.

We interacted directly with David from the team in regular touch-base meetings to ensure we were aligned. They gave us ample time to make changes to our deployments in between testing rounds. There were no additional costs to keep them idle which is a massive differentiator from their competitors.

We have conducted competence tests from our side, and their performances matches our expectations almost all the time. Currently, they're looking at market data and pricing. We ensure that the totals match up to various published sources.
A variety of outlets publish different results. We compare these more definitive tests to what Iterators comes up with, and they have proved consistently accurate.
How did Iterators perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management has been excellent. Iterators is incredibly responsive, communicative, and clear. They develop systems to put in place and document their workflow to look for improvements we can make. We have an incredible relationship with Iterators.

We've interviewed several vendors throughout the course of the last year, but we’ve never even questioned switching from Iterators. Their level of transparency with us from a project management standpoint is unmatched. We always feel very confident about where they are in the process.

Usually, there’s a senior tester to run the project and write test plans and a junior developer to do the manual testing. They work directly with our development team.

All of our projects with Iterators have been successful; we’ve shipped four apps because of them this year. They work hard to make our clients successful.

Iterators was in charge of testing our new products and providing feedback. We set multiple rounds of testing and contacted them specifically when we had new Builds that needed more testing.

2 testers were our point of contact.

We used Gmail to communicate. Usually we would let them know when we needed more testing and they would start testing and add any bugs in ClickUp
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The description of the bugs was very detailed, including loom videos and steps to reproduce. They also provide recommendations for improving accessibility.

We hired them to test our software. We have a two-sided marketplace with student and company users, so we wanted to ensure it worked for everyone.

We needed their testers to find all the bugs in the platform and communicate them to our development team.

Iterators LLC tests our software and describes each bug in detail for our development team to fix. Once the developers fix the bug, Iterators LLC tests again to confirm its resolution.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I'm happy with them. They not only produce great work, but are also pleasant and easy to work with. They communicate well and have a lot of pride in their job.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It has improved over time. It took about a month to get on the same page and settle into a good flow, but the teams now have good synergy.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They're a trustworthy, thorough, flexible team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Establishing a good workflow more quickly would have made the beginning of our relationship more effective.
