The project involved end-to-end design and development of a comprehensive restaurant booking system, tailored to the client’s operational needs. 
UI/UX and Front end development including wireframes. Built a mobile application that enables users to browse restaurant availability, make table reservations, and receive confirmation.
Developed a robust admin dashboard for restaurant staff to manage bookings, table layouts, time slots, and customer preferences. Integrated with email and SMS for notification to customers. Including testing and production deployment.

The project was completed and launched within the agreed timeline. The restaurant staff reported a 40% reduction in manual booking errors and improved table turnover management through the admin dashboard.

They used Jira for project management. milestones and key deliverables were readily tracked and delivered. Communication was consistent and effective—regular check-ins, status updates, and prompt responses to questions. They were highly responsive to our needs, accommodating feedback quickly and offering practical suggestions to improve features and user experience.

 the team is a combination of technical expertise and proactive collaboration. Their ability to understand our business needs and translate them to requirements. We always felt supported and confident that the work was in capable hands.

While the overall experience was very positive, one area for improvement could be more detailed documentation. Additionally, minor enhancements to the testing process.

However, these were relatively minor points and did not impact the success of the project.

While the overall experience was excellent, one area for improvement could be slightly faster turnaround on minor post-launch fixes. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise smooth and successful collaboration.
