Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Business Development Manager at a company which is a manufacturer of professional headsets for call centres and offices.

I am taking care of the Benelux region, where my main role is to build partner relationships with local distributors and their resellers, grow the brand awareness of our products, set up solid business in the region and generate profits.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Remake Agency?

We've got a centralized web-page, very general, without any dedication to a particular market, which is active already for about 10 years. The Benelux market is very demanding and we needed to reshape it a bit.

What were your goals for this project?

To get a modern web-page, easy to read and understand, eye-catching for any kind of user, which will help us to get more leads.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We researched a lot, mostly relied on Behance. There were selected 3 companies out of around 20 based on their portfolio. The winning factor was quicker responsiveness than other 2.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we selected Remake, we scheduled 3 video calls upfront. During the first we provided detailed request of what we want and expect to have done from them.

On the second meeting we have been already presented a draft of our new web-page, where we discussed it more concrete and in details, expressed our remarks and corrections we want to see.

This was actually the longest meeting. And on the last, there were still some small things we wanted to improve, which we didn't notice before, but nothing significant. We also did some testing. In between all communication was done via e-mails.

What was the team composition?

We had direct contact with a manager who was leading our project, there were no other parties in between. Thanks to it we didn't have miscommunications and our requests straight away were taken into actions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We start getting more and more new leads from our web-page thanks to easy contact forms we created together. The final version was adaptable on all devices, guys really focused on it at the very beginning, so I didn't have to control it and check after them.

Also, I get lots of positive feedbacks from partners that our web-page looks nice and professional. I share a contact of Remake with a lot of pleasure and give my positive recommendation.

10 out of 10 for follow up and meeting deadline

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their attention to detail

and patience to listen to all my wishes and requests even when I was changing my mind. know it can be sometimes annoying, but thanks to their professional approach, everything was taken into account without any exceptions and the outcome was over my expectations!

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am satisfied with their work, I have nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected them by bidding process on a freelancing platform. Remakes experience with interface design and the projects in their portfolio appealed to us. We selected them our of about 20 other candidates.

They created the design of all the UI components used in the app, from small ones like a dropdown or a text box to the design of entire pages and the way the user interacts with all the components on the page. The design of all the components was delivered in Zeplin allowing us to implements them in a quick and precise way.

We worked with 2 members of the Remake team.

The results were very satisfactory.
