We approached IT Resistance to help us address the challenge of building our claims-as-a-service platform. This involved creating the core platform app, a frontend chatbot, a backend case management system, and integrating an API layer with third-party systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

IT Resistance played a crucial role in architecting the IT infrastructure and executing both front and backend web development for the platform components. Their responsibilities also extended to API implementations. The main app was crafted using Ruby on Rails, and the frontend was developed using React.js.

IT Resistance has demonstrated proficiency in estimating timelines and adhering to them, with minimal exceptions. Although they initially assigned a project manager, we opted to work directly with the developers, a decision that has proven effective for our collaboration.

Having worked with their CTO and co-founder previously, I had confidence in IT Resistance and their ability to deliver on our project goals. Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Resistance could have done differently?

No areas for improvement have been identified, as our experience working with IT Resistance has been consistently positive. My only advice for future customers would be to provide detailed specifications and comprehensive design assets from the outset. The more guidance you can offer, the more enriched the discussions with IT Resistance will be.
