The new site needed to be clear and consice about ad reflect our brand and inform our potentiel clients on our products, so that they can easily contact us and for our distributors to be able to get all the information that is needed. To showcase our products throught galleries and libraries .

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the biggest successes has been moving from an idea and technical specification to a functioning platform running in our own environment. The project has provided us with a solid foundation that we can continue to build upon as we expand the platform's capabilities in future development phases.

Since the platform is still in active development, we're not yet focused on large-scale user adoption metrics. However, we've already achieved several important milestones.

We've successfully moved from a concept and technical specification to a functional platform running in our own server environment. The system now supports user management, project management, audio upload workflows, transcription processing, and a stable web-based interface.

From a technical perspective, one of the most significant milestones has been establishing a scalable architecture that can support future AI-powered functionality. The platform has also demonstrated stable operation during testing and has provided a solid foundation for the next phases of development.

At this stage, success is primarily measured by the successful delivery of core functionality, system stability, and the ability to continue expanding the platform according to our roadmap.

For the most part, IT Path Solutions has delivered on time. As the project has evolved, some timelines have been adjusted due to changing requirements and the complexity of the platform. What has impressed me most about IT Path Solutions is their willingness to engage with the project as a partner rather than simply a vendor. They had a very organized approach to project management, using Trello to keep track of tasks and deadlines. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and clear communication channels. They were proactive in identifying potential roadblocks and finding solutions. This helped us avoid delays and keep the project on track. They were flexible and adaptable to our changing needs throughout the project. They were able to accommodate our requests and make adjustments as needed. 

In my 38 years of business, hands donw, they are among the top 5 in terms of management, on time delivery and excellent communicaitons. In summary, they excel at customer satisfaction-much more than customer service!

We required an admin panel that could be used so that we could update content within the program without coding knowledge. We also required a user login and database added to the program to capture individual data for research.

They were honest about the best offering for what we needed and they were so lovely to communicate with. I was very impressed with their knowledge and communication.

My only hiccup was when I purchased the incorrect hosting for our web application given the need for node.js (which my chosen provider did not offer). I wish I had known this was required, however it didn't impact timelines as we moved to a new hosting provider.

We started off with a few tasks in hand went ahead with the development and kept on making changes and use cases we had in mind. We made a few changes along the way but the IT path was quite responsive to the changes and made it happen. Payment gateway integration was a good work that was implemented.

There were in total around 5 people and one was the project manager who was always there to respond to anything that was needed.

We have a good go-to-market product with ourselves and that we can launch with the help of the IT path.

Used Skype for communications and we provided them with timelines and it went accordingly. One project manager was always there to attend and knew about all the work that went on there. Everything was smooth.

I think if the documented the tasks given to them so the client can understand the implementation that would be helpful.

IT Path Solutions is redesigning our WordPress website, which is hosted in AWS. We’ve previously used a template, and they’re now working on all our pages. They’ve uploaded images, recreated our menu and submenu pages, and built a slider for the platform.

I received a project from a customer. Appointment web app written in VB. DB with no normalization whatsoever. VB written very poor from the old developer, no objects, no arrays and not my language of favor. I needed to finalize the app and add some features and fixes.

I searched for somebody who could give me a hand on this with enough VB know how to solve it. At the beginning, I thought we would be finished in less than 40 hours, but the customer had a lot of surprises open for me/us.

Mainly VB.net and MSSQL was needed for this project. The web-app is a customer appointment managing app, including admin area. The customer could select the event, the day, time and an object he wanted to test in this time slot. Data of customer needed to be sent to an API.

6 members were always available for me. 2 devs I worked close with together, mainly with 1 specific over the project. The other were for quality management and project/team management.

The web-app is online and works, my customer is happy, I'm happy.

I had always contact with the team via Skype. We did not have any specific timeline, it just had to work on one specific day. This did not mean, that we did not need to develop after release. There was still a lot of work to do, and in time everything was finalized.

It's hard to say. Some explanations took long, but that's not anything you can change, sometimes you just need the time to get it right. Other times I wished the work would be done faster, but then again, I've seen the code and the database, this was just hell. I believe over all, the done work was great.

They managed to get the system hosted on AWS but it didn't work as it should. Images were not shown. The app didn't appear in the Google Play store. Admin panels were working. Connections were lost

They run over planned time but that was not critical. The communication runs well when speaking with the development team but not when talking to the commercial department. The latter reminded me all the time about the extra hours they spent "developing" the system although there was no development at all. What they just had to do was to make the platform work exactly as it did before but on the new server.

Their willingness to accept the price we finally agreed upon, but soon I learnt that it was only to be able to get started and to ask for more money pretending there had men more developments than agreed upon

I have used IT Path Solutions in the past to help with some php development. I was so pleased with the work they produced last time that I went straight to their team for help.

I worked with the Lead Business Consultant who relayed information back to his technical team.

The repairs have brought the website back to the condition it was in before issues first occurred.
