They take the design and functionality requirements I provide to them in frequent intervals and make it happen. Any bugs or problems are resolved quickly. If there are any issues, we hop on conference calls to resolve them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Without having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, we have been able to create a software tool that is just as good as anything out there. This has led to us being one of the most profitable companies in our industry.

There is a project manager and he has a team of individuals that assist him. They draw upon developers with experience in the areas that we are working.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Honest and integrity. They follow through on what they say they are going to do, and I've never questioned their pricing or fairness.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Like with any company, I think it can be challenging to thoroughly test every situation before releasing it, but they do a pretty good job with this.

Through an internal vetting process. Honestly, we receive many weekly calls from 3rd party developers and typically turn them down because of either a language barrier or because they're too pushy. IT Path Solutions took a very close look at all of our functional specs, which included full web design., development, optimization, socialization and training. They broke each element of what we needed down and executed flawlessly

The team was comprised of a sales mgr, deve mgr, design mgr and qa, They had one point of contact for me throughout and : understood each concept, analyzed the requirements and developed a strategy, developed and met the goals, executed and finalized through AQ and launched the site. It was timely and cost effective.

Once approved, I sent a detailed layout of what I wanted the final project element to look like on the e-commerce checkout page. They completed the project and asked to approve their work or were happy to make any revisions. I was pleased with their work. Very quick and efficient.

I was in contact with the project manager, for the projects I have had them assist with I have always had main contact with the project manager, and have been in contact with a developer. Everyone was friendly and quick to respond.

For the e-commerce project, we have had a decrease in duplicate and incomplete online orders.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication through email was effective, project did not require scheduling and expectations were effectively managed.

I appreciated the timeliness in getting the project done and them asking questions in areas that needed more explanation to make sure the job was completed up to standard. I will certainly work with IT Path solutions again for any specific and challenging website design projects in the future.

We’ve hired them frequently over the past few years for a variety of projects, using their teams for everything from custom Visual Studio RFID applications to PHP/MySQL application modifications and enhancements.

Our primary goal is to maintain an ongoing relationship with them as our primary offshore development team for various technologies.

How did you select this vendor?

We had tried several vendors over the years and had many disappointments. IT Path Solutions came with great recommendations, so we started with a small project. They did such a great job for us that we decided to use them full time for all of our outsourced development work.

IT Path Solutions built our Restful API's and other code that links and integrates different applications, RFID, and IoT technologies to our cloud. Using our technical specifications, they develop exactly what we need on schedule and at an extremely affordable price. They typically deliver the first time with none or minimal revisions.

Overall, their work includes Visual Studio RFID app development and modification, several PHP and MySQL database updates, and more. They’ve developed several API's using RESTful and other technologies. They also added functionality to our cloud-based RFID-enabled asset management application.

What was the team composition?

I’m unsure of the size of the company. For each project, they compile a small 1–4 person team with the specific expertise required for that particular project. The team we are given is very impressive every single time.

By using IT Path Solutions, we’ve been able to aggressively grow our solutions and applications. The price per project is always great, and they deliver quality work on time. We never have to worry about large solution changes or upgrades as they support our needs seamlessly.

Overall, they’ve been amazing at delivering innovative solutions and capabilities when I need professional development assistance.

They shared their progress daily and implemented our feedback. Once they finished the designs, they formed a development team to code the product.

They provided a project manager, a UX/UI designer, an iOS developer, an Android developer, a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a QA specialist.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The team was great at gathering all of the product details and realizing our solution. They finished the project on time, which allowed us to launch as scheduled and start business development. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

They assigned a great project manager who provided constant updates. The communication was clear, too. In addition to Skype, Slack, email, and Google Hangouts, we used InVision to share the design process. We liked that we could see the day-to-day progress, and it was easy for us to leave feedback. As for the development, we used TestFlight and Jira for reporting.

I appreciated their transparency and responsiveness.
