What challenge were you trying to address with IT-Geeks?
We needed help with a multi-phase project for a customer of ours. The goal was to integrate multiple apps into their Shopify store.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
IT-Geeks integrated Recharge to configure subscriptions for all products. The team also installed and configured the Klaviyo Reviews app along with the widgets. In addition, IT-Geeks connected the Shopify store with Klaviyo and configured core event tracking, including key events such as viewed product, added to cart, started checkout, and placed order. The team also enabled customer list syncing between Shopify and Klaviyo.Moreover, IT-Geeks completed the UpPromote Affiliate Marketing setup, including the 7% commission structure for affiliates on all orders placed by referred customers.
