Their attention to detail. They took the time to understand our needs and requirements, and they made sure that the website met our expectations. They were also very careful to follow our style guide, and they made sure that the website was consistent with our brand identity.

The islandwizards team has successfully delivered a functional Shopify website that met all our client needs. The team works at a fast rate without sacrificing any quality. More importantly, their ability to resolve sudden issues continues to impress the client. Slack & Asana is used to keep track of the project's progress. Overall I would say they are a highly professional Shopify web development team, and the support of Nakul & Piyush was great during the whole project and ongoing support.

The team coded our custom shopify theme based on our graphic design on time and on budget.

The details are whats most important to us and island wizards kept a close eye on those small details without sacrificing the quality.

Our website had been created 10 yrs ago so was outdated. We needed someone to help us change the look and update content of the website. That's where island wizards stepped in.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted few agency and held discussions to see who comes out with better ideas and professional approach. And thereafter we compared the proposals. Their team was having better know how and understanding of what we needed and also flexibility.

We had a couple of sessions to discuss the various designs. And basis the structure and layout we shared the contents as per the format requested by their team. And had calls to see progress and share feedback.

The site looks more presentable and easy to manoeuvre. Clutter free and adapted perfectly to the design we had in mind.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project leader was really great and easily accessible for any discussion. Piyush their technical lead was always taking us through each aspect of the site and even make changes in real time of something did look right. So the flow of work was smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were extremely thoughtful amd patient to explain aspects which was not our forte but how it would work to the websites advantage and flexible to the make changes and suggest ideas if we didn't see something working well.

At start some work was not as per initial brief but we realigned and then it was fine.
