We wanted to tap into the market potential and raised the hiring bar with a higher volume of passive/headhunted candidates. Our expectation is to have 1,5 - 2 hires from this source per month

• They were able to deliver 2 hires per month, covering 360 degree process from sourcing, interviewing and guiding candidates throughout the journey 
• Candidates were motivated and performed well during the selection process 
• Most of the candidates had a long-time staying in the company, only 2 of them left the company less than 6 months and 12 months respectively.

From the beginning, our collaboration is superb smooth and Ipower Partner is very transparent in their workflow and mutual agreements to make sure that we are able to keep track on work updates and measure the final outputs. 

• Kickoff: All kickoff meetings with Hiring Manager will have the present of IP Talent Advisor so that we can agree on the profile details, timeline and the selection process so that some basic information can be covered when reaching out to candidates 
• Bi-weekly syncs: Their Talent Advisor also join the bi-weekly meetings with Hiring Managers so ensure to realign any requirements on time -Urgency matters: We also have an external Slack/WhatsApp channel for any urgencies or instant issues pop-ups 
• Extra service provision: Although making offer and onboarding are not included in our service term, however, IP is still willing to help when required. In overall, Ipower Partner has very positive mindset in solving problems while maintaining their professional standards.
