OHT has been working with iPing for over 20 years, from the early days of our business. iPing cover all our computer needs, providing hardware, procuring and setting up software, safeguarding data, advising on innovations that may assist the business and helping us generally deal with the technology side of our client services.

Having a go to firm which can cover advice on the current system, and software and hardware developments makes it easier to keep up to date with innovations with is important given the current pace of changes. Having iPing's support has made a significant difference to our company.

The client support service is reliable and fast to respond, and the advice is commercial. They are available by contacting them through email to raise a ticket, or by phone call, so they are easily accessible and you are never left waiting on hold to speak to someone. We know all of the staff by name and they are all very friendly and capable of assisting, even on short notice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mark, the owner, is very hands on and is always available if the matter requires a more senior input. From a commercial persepctive, if the current (older) hardware/software is fit for purpose they do not waste money trying to get us to upgrade. They are very flexible in temrs of the times that they run more major upgrades, doing it over the weekedn or evenings, so that it does not impact our workflow in the office. They're happy to attend on-site on short notice to set up new PCs etc. They are happy to liaise with our other servuce suppliers where needed, for exmaple, our practice management company, to oversee upgrades and ensure systems are running smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iPing Managed IT Support & Services could have done differently?

No we are happy with the service they provide and we see ourselves working with them into the furture, as we have worked with them for over 20 years already.

Issues always arise with IT and IPing have served us exceptionally well on every occasion. As a communications agency we can ill afford any down time. IPing have always responded quickly and delivered every time.

iPing has always responded extremely well. When we've flagged an issue as urgent they have responded urgently. If we indicate some issue needs to be reviewed but is not necessarily urgent they have also responded appropriately. Several times over the years we've sought their advice on upgrading our systems and they have advised and installed various pieces of technology. Their advice on new and emerging methods of tech communication has been excellent and enabled us to adapt, stay ahead and serve our clients.

I provided iPing with my desired specs and they provided a Dell laptop running Windown 11 Pro that ticked all the boxes and has been rock solid since I got it. They also provided antivirus and malware protection and ongoing support.

• In terms of security and back-up, everything happens in the background and they communicate well in advance if there is ever anything that they need us to do.
