Issues always arise with IT and IPing have served us exceptionally well on every occasion. As a communications agency we can ill afford any down time. IPing have always responded quickly and delivered every time.

iPing has always responded extremely well. When we've flagged an issue as urgent they have responded urgently. If we indicate some issue needs to be reviewed but is not necessarily urgent they have also responded appropriately. Several times over the years we've sought their advice on upgrading our systems and they have advised and installed various pieces of technology. Their advice on new and emerging methods of tech communication has been excellent and enabled us to adapt, stay ahead and serve our clients.

In the range of excellent services iPing has provided it is difficult to find fault, except perhaps with the bedding in of the odd new staff member. However, any difficulties we've raised in this area were rare and dealt with and resolved promptly.

I engaged iPing to provide a new business laptop as my old one was no longer able to handle the demands of Windows 11 and modern design applications, which was slowing down my productivity. I provided iPing with my desired specs and they provided a Dell laptop running Windown 11 Pro that ticked all the boxes and has been rock solid since I got it. They also provided antivirus and malware protection and ongoing support.

• In terms of security and back-up, everything happens in the background and they communicate well in advance if there is ever anything that they need us to do.
