The peace of mind knowing that we dont have any issues with our IT or our Cyber Security is great. They defintiely have helped improve our efficencies over the years.

• iPing are always on-hand if we ever experiance any IT issues, which are rare, and are on the problem straight away and have it resolved quickly with minimal disruption or downtime.
• They are knowledgable when it comes to advice needed for any hardware upgrades or when were were going through an office upgrade and renovation.
• In terms of security and back-up, everything happens in the background and they communicate well in advance if there is ever anything that they need us to do.

No, there is nothing that I can think of that iPing would need to improve on as we are very happy to be working with them for the last 15 years and look forward to continuing to do so.

I’m the COO a telecommunications company. We provide passenger WiFi solutions for buses, coaches, and trains across Ireland and the UK, helping transport operators enhance connectivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

The team has been building relationships with new clients, recommending technical solutions to use, and introducing us to distributors and technology.
