For what projects/services did your company hire IOP Digital, and what were your goals?

As there were many bugs in our website, the in house team couldn't able to do so we seek for options. We were looking to outsource the job to digital marketing agency. We hired IOP digital for Web Development, SEO, Adwords, Contents, they took care of our end to end digital marketing aspects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched through online, references although we got some company but they couldn't able to understand and deliver what we were looking, we were looking for those who can get into our shoes and understand the problem statement. IOP digital is the best we got.

A weekly meeting happens we just give them the goals were we wanted to be and they submit us weekly/ monthly report, these guys are 24/7 available in case of any problems. They work on AI and use IOT based technologies to make us at par. They used premium tools like Ahref, Semrush, Uber suggest, google analytics etcand works on all platforms let it be word press, PHP, code ignitor, Java, X cart.

There were 3 UI/ UX designers, 2 testers, 2 developers, one project manager , one account manager, 3 SEO team, 1 content writer allocated only for our business

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There were 250 % increase in our traffic, the bugs reduced to 0%, the revenue escalated to 250k to 5 million $ in 2 years, leads generated was increased by 135%

A weekly, fortnite and monthly meetings conducts on Zoom, Google meet, Discord . task is given and reports are analysed on daily basis. The Daily activity and weekly activity report is also gets submitted by IOP digital
