Our company offers a weekly meal delivery service to most European countries. I am the COO and the Co-Founder of the company.

We have been working with INVO for all of our design and development needs, however, this time we wanted to focus on redesigning the customer journey and checkout experience to increase and optimize conversion rates. Increase conversion rates and optimize checkout.

The key part of this part of our project with INVO was the checkout redesign. INVO started by analyzing data we collect on our customer journey and checkout. They also implemented tools like HotJar to closely track user behavior on the site and understand it.

The team created wireframes of the new customer journey and checkout and gave us a lot of insights on what mechanisms to include to optimize the conversion rate. We worked together to come up with the best solutions which the team then designed and developed using Vue.JS.

The website they built for us is completely custom so that we can implement sales-increasing tactics and have complete control over the customer experience.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the changes we are noticing a steady increase in conversions thanks to the new checkout and we have also been receiving very positive feedback from our users when it comes to the changes.

They have an easier time making purchases as well as managing their existing orders.

We used Slack as well as Asana to organize the tasks. Most design work was organized and managed in Figma, so we always had access to all the assets.

They get into it and come up with their ideas instead of just completing what we asked for. It’s very rare to see a team that’s this proactive.

No, we are very happy with the INVO team and will continue to work with them.

We provided a list of functionalities, they broke them down into tasks and managed the workflow in-house. We were updated along the way about the project’s progress and had direct access to everyone on the team should we need to discuss anything.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very high quality developers. When we needed help and expertise in a field of system architecture it was no problem for them to assign the additional resources to the project. I was impressed by the agility they achieved with building the team for us.

They did a very good job, but at the beginning we had some issues with understanding of specification by both sides, but it was handled quickly and professionally.

After we accepted the design, they wrote out the code and built the platform.

The new website motivates us to work harder on our projects. We’re proud of the new look, and we want to share it with the market. Also, we regularly receive positive feedback from our followers.

The project manager was very communicative and responsive. I also had access to any of their other team members via Slack. It’s was an effective and collaborative engagement.

First of all, my customers are in love with how my new website looks. My sales have gone significantly up since the launch of my new landing pages for my courses. I also feel secure because I know there’s always someone to help me with any IT problem.

We needed a fun, professional, and trustworthy brand message that sparked customer interest, encouraging them to invest in Surfer and our data-driven optimization approach.

I’d successfully worked with INVO Technologies in the past, so they were an obvious choice for this project.

We split the scope into three parts: brand strategy, landing pages, and the main website. INVO Technologies assembled a cohesive identity for our events, highlighting the key points from both SEO MeetUp and Surfer. Then, they designed a simple landing page for our first event. We accepted that wireframe immediately, and they moved into the development phase. It was a pretty quick process.

INVO Technologies still needs to complete the rest of the landing pages and put together the main website. There’s still some time before we plan to launch the full campaign, so we have time.

We worked with a small team that consisted of a project manager, an illustrative designer, a UX/UI specialist, and a developer.

We launched the completed page and, after just five hours, the event was completely booked. Participants praised the website. The event wouldn’t have been as successful as it was without INVO Technologies’ assistance with branding, design, and development.

Because our needs were simple, we implemented a step-by-step approach to the project from the beginning. Primarily, we speak with a project manager, but we also have direct access to other team members via Slack. INVO Technologies consistently provides project updates and delivers everything on time.

The website increased the amount of leads we generate each month. We also finally like our branding.

They used agile methodology, which I’m familiar with, so it worked well and was quite effective. I liked updating after each iteration.

I most enjoyed communicating through Slack. I liked talking directly to my designer and developer, who were both extremely helpful and available almost 24/7!

They should work on their timeline estimates. I received my website a little later than I expected.

We are a pharmacies chain and pharmacy warehouses company based in Poland. We have more than 60 pharmacies in different regions of Poland and 3 warehouses. As of now we have over 500 employees. I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of the company.

There were recently some law changes regarding the pharmacy industry in Poland which affected the marketing possibilities for us. We hired INVO Technologies to develop a platform for all of our pharmacies and represent our company on the market, because nearly all of our competitors already had platforms like this.

What were your goals for this project?

Because we can’t use traditional marketing we wanted a platform for our customers where they could easily find the nearest pharmacy and check info about it. We are also constantly looking for new pharmacy partners and we hope the platform makes it easier for potential partners to find us.

A friend of mine recommended them to me. We also chose them because they are based in Poland so communication would be easier. We were also looking for a long term partner, so we wanted to visit them in person and because their HQ is in Warsaw it was possible for us.

The scope of the project was designing and developing a complex platform. They started with research about our industry and interviewing our employees as well as customers. Then they planned out the structure of our platform and made wireframes. After we approved them they moved on to designing the platform.

After we received the design we had some comments and some things we wanted to change so they made improvements. Then when we accepted the design they started developing the platform. We received updates about development along the way.

We communicated with the team through a project manager. Our CMO was responsible for handling this project and I was just approving the work done, so I don’t know who exactly was on the team. However, I did meet with the designer when he was interviewing our employees.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We didn’t have any online presence before so it’s great that now customers can find us on the Internet. This also gives us the opportunity to do SEO which we couldn’t before and, because of the new laws, SEO needs to become our main marketing channel.

We’ve also received positive feedback from our customers - they like that they can find the nearest pharmacy and have it’s working hours displayed.

My CMO was directly handling this project so I don't know much but the deadlines were certainly met. We’ve also received regular updates on the progress of work. We communicated through phone calls and Slack mostly but emails as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team members I’ve met were quite young. I didn’t expect such a young team to deliver a quality product and to handle the project professionally.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I wish they explained to me and my CMO at the start of the project how software development works exactly, because we both don’t know much about for example wireframing. So that’s the area I would improve - explain your process to clients more.
