There weren’t any significant areas for improvement. However, a bit more proactive communication on long-term strategies could have added even more value.

How did your relationship with your partner evolve?

At first Kapil from Invigorate Systems was very nice and helpful answering questions, promising everything will be completed, if any issues they will take care of it however this is all false, They created a module for our magento 2 site however we couldn't test the module until a real sale was coming in from a customer. Therefore i asked Kapil from Invigorate Systems if there will be any issues when orders coming in will they fix it for me and he immediately replied "Yes don't worry". Now after couple of sales we found out the entire module is not working whatsoever as they just created something like a system image to show like a real working module with options however there are no real codes that makes the module working. I asked Kapil from Invigorate Systems to please fix it as we can't close any orders and complete them without this module be 100% completed however Kapil no longer answer my calls or messages. I was super nice to him but there's a limit as i've been trying to reach him for the last two months. My advise to you is Do not pay this company any penny until you actually fully test their created task, because once you pay they will no longer assist you with anything. Stay safe and hold your money tight with this company.

 Standing behind their word, Keep in touch with customers and reply messages after they receive money for the job.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

 Never pay them up front until you fully test their work and know everything is working 100%. They will be nice to you before you pay and they will reach out and reply messages very fast, But once you pay you can say goodbye to your money ad will receive no replies.

There isn't much I would change about the way Invigorate Systems operates. However, as projects grow in complexity, it might be helpful to explore the use of additional tools or platforms that further streamline collaboration and communication. While their current approach works well, adopting more advanced project management tools could enhance the overall process, especially for larger, more complex projects.

They use slack, Jeera, and they have their own Project management system, but rather I was always communicating on skype, may be they lack on explaining tools to me.
