We are always evolving our services and needed a great development partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Maksym led the team to do a complete re-program of our existing platform. He first did an audit of our current system, and provided feedback and a roadmap and timeline on how to take it to the next level. It was the first time I worked with a developer who understood the business side as well as the development side.
Maksym and his team reprogrammed our existing platform and cleaned up the code a lot to increase speed and include more products and services. The biggest project was recoding our backend admin or CRM [customer relationship management]. Our entire company runs on the CRM. This tool allows us to stay on track, know our customers and provide internal communications amongst our departments. This platform is a better custom Salesforce for our company. Sometimes, we can get an idea of the project before if the reference mentions it in the appointment booking.
How did you come to work with InventorSoft?
Our CTO found Maksym on Elance [now Upwork]. Maksym and his team were the first team that not only were talented developers, but also understood the business needs. He has never missed a timeline or was never late to a conference call meeting. We value Maksym's feedback and direction as it was an integral part of growing our platform. We always had a timeline and all the needs were not only met but exceeded. In more than a decade, we have had many partners with different development teams, and Maksym's team by far was the most strategic, professional, and the best.

For our initial MVP, we were looking for extra resources to help us with the first frontend implementation.

Key deliverable was to build the first version of our product. Inventorsoft helped us with the frontend part of our application. This was developed in React.

We were very happy because all deadlines were met and we could deliver our first product version on time.

They were very flexible and happy to work with our setup and tool stack (Jira, Slack, Github, etc.). So it was very easy to collaborate.

Their vast network of engineers across Ukraine and how quickly they were able to share excellent profiles with us. The quality of their work was also impressive. In particular, because their country is currently at war.
