As Biotech Concern was growing, we badly needed a solution to track our products, manage our sales record, and generate reports for our accounting system. So, we contacted Invento Software Limited for a solution, and they introduced and educated us about ERPNext and its functionality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Software implementation was delivered within the contract timeframe. They were really professional throughout the Implementation. We had many custom requirements that fit our business model, and they have been excellent in understanding and suggesting proper solutions for the mentioned problems. In the end, the delivered software turned out to be a great tool in our business development.

For the project management, they assigned a person to communicate with our team. The person would ask for written notes (Email or Whatsapp) for any new requirements or changes during the implementation phase just to clear out any confusion. This shows how professionally they handled the implementation. Still now after the implementation they are excellent with their service with prompt response. They always managed to deliver on our requirements on time.

The most impressive thing I found among other things is their professionalism. Throughout the whole project Invento Software Limited showed precise professionalism. Whatever the issue raised, they always come up with a solution and handle the matter professionally.

They are a team of capable people who also like to push their limits. But as they're growing, I think they need more people managing support for their increasing amount of successful implementations.
