Intunio is a design and technology studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, with approximately 30 designers and developers. We help companies turn complex digital products into experiences that are simpler, smarter, and more enjoyable to use — from native iOS and Android apps and cross-platform solutions to web applications, design systems, and embedded systems.
We combine UX design, strategy, visual design, and development in one cross-functional team. Our developers work across front-end and back-end, mobile, cloud platforms, and embedded systems. We build modern interfaces with scalable architectures, component libraries, and API integrations that make products easier to evolve and maintain over time. We work with React, Vue, Angular, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Node, .NET, and Azure — but we always choose the tools based on the project, not the other way around.
AI is a natural part of both our design and engineering work. We use it to explore more ideas faster, automate repetitive steps, improve code quality, and surface better decision support throughout the project.
We have particularly deep experience in industry, smart connected products, and advanced professional tools — environments where usability, security, data handling, and human behavior must work in harmony. In these contexts the interface is more than a visual surface: it's a working tool, a decision aid, and sometimes a core part of the business itself.
Our founders' background includes The Astonishing Tribe (TAT) and BlackBerry, where the team helped shape design and interaction patterns used in over 500 million devices globally. We now have apps that can control our physical devices. Since we’ve developed a product that’s the first of its kind on the market, the ecosystems don’t fully support it yet. However, with Intunio’s knowledge, we’ve been able to find alternative solutions to make it work with full functionality.
How did Intunio perform from a project management standpoint?
Intunio has delivered on time. I find it very easy to work with them. Since we’ve worked very closely with them, we’ve more or less managed the project between us, so there’s no real formal project management on this project. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

The project was to make an app both for Ios and Android to connect to our smart connectd Vest.
The app is connected via blutooth and passes forward alarms that can be triggered via the vest.
The idea was to make it looks graphicla nice but also east to understand. Intunio did this in a very proffesional way and exceeded our expectation.

Intunio has helped us show clear results. Our marketplace now attracts over 150,000 visitors a month, and most job ads get 50–200 qualified applicants. New customers can publish their first ad in about an hour, and candidates usually start coming in within 24 hours.
Compared to traditional recruitment costs, Jobnet delivers strong results at a much lower price. We’ve cut recruitment costs by up to 85%–90% compared to traditional methods. Most customers get 2–4 times more applicants, and the first candidates arrive within 24 hours. Creating and publishing a job ad now takes about an hour instead of several days. Our AI-generated ads also convert 20%–40% better than before.
