Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was to make an app both for Ios and Android to connect to our smart connectd Vest. 

The app is connected via blutooth and passes forward alarms that can be triggered via the vest. 

The idea was to make it looks graphicla nice but also east to understand. Intunio did this in a very proffesional way and exceeded our expectation.

I’m the co-founder of Jobnet, a recruitment system that helps companies create job ads, manage candidates, and streamline communication throughout the recruitment process.

What challenge were you trying to address with Intunio?

We needed help with the design and development of our recruitment system.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intunio has designed and developed our platform, including UX/UI design, branding, product architecture, and backend and frontend development. The team has built the core parts of our platform, including job ad creation with AI support, multi-channel publishing to our marketplace platform, candidate application flow, an ATS module for handling applicants, an employer dashboard with stats and job management, backend APIs, data models, and system infrastructure. Intunio has also provided support during the launch and improvements.

We’ve worked with two teammates from Intunio.

How did you come to work with Intunio?

Someone referred Intunio to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings and a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Intunio in June 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Intunio has helped us show clear results. Our marketplace now attracts over 150,000 visitors a month, and most job ads get 50–200 qualified applicants. New customers can publish their first ad in about an hour, and candidates usually start coming in within 24 hours.

Compared to traditional recruitment costs, Jobnet delivers strong results at a much lower price. We’ve cut recruitment costs by up to 85%–90% compared to traditional methods. Most customers get 2–4 times more applicants, and the first candidates arrive within 24 hours. Creating and publishing a job ad now takes about an hour instead of several days. Our AI-generated ads also convert 20%–40% better than before.

How did Intunio perform from a project management standpoint?

Intunio’s project management works very well. The team is committed, structured, and easy to work with. They deliver on time, and when adjustments are needed, they handle them openly and with strong ownership. The commitment from their side makes the whole process smooth. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciate Intunio’s commitment and solid expertise. They’re genuinely engaged in the project and bring a high level of skill within their core areas, especially design, architecture, and development. It makes the collaboration both smooth and productive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve. We haven’t encountered any issues during the project, and everything has worked smoothly throughout the collaboration.
