They have a really great project manager who made it easy for us to work with them. They have great systems set up for communication and if we ever had any issues they were only a phone call or email away.

Their knowledge and desire to help us create a customer-driven solution that was right for our business and not just a run of the mill recommendation. Their knowledge and experience really helped us through the process.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Ideally, we would have had the project completed in a shorter time frame, although more requirements were added throughout the project, which is always difficult to manage.
