We looked for web designers in Perth, Western Australia, and found their business website on top 10 results in Google. Also, got referred by another business and they gave us excellent feedback.

In our first meeting with their team, we discussed the project requirement in detail. After a series of discovery meetings, we received 3 initial designs of the website home page and we finalised the theme.

We worked with a Project Manager and he was further coordinating with the designers and developers. We could see the entire conversion on their project management portal and all of our queries were answered well on time.

The team at WEBO Digital understood the requirement well and came up with an impressive design.

Aside from the expected improvements in functionality & UX, it is too soon to provide specifics on this.

Very hands on, with regular open communication. Warm/friendly communication style, taking care to make sure our team understood what was required at each step.

They have a fresh, youthful approach to the project, viewing our website not just as a 'virtual brochure' but as our biggest 'shop window' where our minds were opened to the realms of possibility - they have a multi faceted approach, not just as a traditional web-dev company but as an extension of the sales & marketing function of your business.

There is no real weakness across the board that comes to mind, these guys have got their game plan together!

Intuji provided us with a feasibility report into the details of an audit app. We paid for the initial groundwork to be carried out, which involved an incredibly detailed and impressive use case process, where the app developer scrutinised the outcomes we wanted and ensured both we and they fully understood how the app would look.

From here, a breakdown of the app development process was provided including a timeframe, a scope and detailed pricing. Due to our clients changing demands, we have decided not to proceed with the app development in the immediate future, however we are definitely keeping our relationship with Intuji to beging developing the app should the demand arise in the future.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a detailed feasibility report stating what the app would achieve, how much it would cost and the time frame it would be completed in. This is exactly what we were told we would receive and it was within the time frame we expected.

Intuji were great. Julian was flexible and even came into our offices in Sydney, despite him being based in Melbourne. He also stepped in for a colleague of his, Aashish when the latter had to take some time off due to personal reasons. Aashish was also very accommodating, responding to emails and queries very quickly. I was also very impressed with both of their knowledge on the lighting/audit industry, despite them both not having much experience with it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their people skills were great. Other companies of similar size (such as marketing companies) that we have worked with were far more pushy and noisy when it came to their demands and rushing us to make decisions. Intuji were great people to work with, respected the fact that we needed time to make a decision to develop the app and were great when we decided we weren't going to go ahead with the development just yet.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Intuji could have done differently?

No. As mentioned previously, the only reason we are not still developing this app is due to client demands. If the need arises, we will be picking the phone up and calling Intuji straight away to begin working with them again!
