We worked with Edgar and Aidan with Interlaced to setup a new printer and network. The service was excellent. Very friendly and patient. The issue ended up being an extended task that required a much more complex solution. Aidan worked deligently with our office. The solution was found and the network works better than ever. Extremely satisfied with the superb service and relations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initially we ran into network issues with the print server. Working with Edgar and Aidan we collectively were able to come to a solution. The customer service and the patience, as well as, willingness to assist were superb. By process of elimination we produced a solution and established a better and more secure network. It works beautifully.

For the complexity of the issue, yes they delivered on time. Responvieness was excellent. Although there were times we had to park the task and revisit, it was more the issue's complexity, than anything. They solved an issue that had us scratching our heads collectively.

The responsiveness, the character of associates, friendliness, and overall the dedication to attaining solutions.

Their customer success manager is very attentive to our needs. They really prioritize our comfort and makes sure to hear out all our problems to improve their service to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Interlaced.io could have done differently?

Some of their engineers are better than others. But that's not too much of a problem for us as our IT requests are usually not too complicated. For more complicated requests, I'm able to work with their more experienced engineers.
