Our main point of contact is Ibrahim (Account Manager). He’s always in the meetings and he has never disappointed me. I haven’t personally checked the works of each individual, but they’re able to deliver what we discuss in our meetings.

I don’t know if it’s Ibrahim’s leadership or the team’s capabilities — either way, I’m always getting what I’m looking for. They rarely miss deadlines and whenever there’s a delay, they just let us know through Monday, which is our primary tool for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their consistent communications, and their promptness in updating me on what’s going on. Other companies always make me wait, and then surprise me with sudden delays. With Interactivv, they inform me if there are going to be delays in advance, so I’m comfortable working with them — additionally, they always provide me with great quality outputs.

They could do a little bit more work on the vendor’s side of the business, as it takes a lot of time.
