While some deadlines were not fully met, this was not solely attributable to Inter Smart. Delays related to API documentation and integration extended beyond initial expectations. Importantly, these challenges were communicated transparently and in advance, allowing for realistic adjustments to the project timeline. The situation was managed in a structured and professional manner, which helped maintain overall project stability.
A key strength of the project management was the responsiveness and solution-oriented approach of the primary point. He consistently responded within a short timeframe. Typically, within 1 to 3 hours and demonstrated a proactive mindset by focusing on solutions rather than escalating issues. This significantly contributed to efficient decision-making and smooth coordination between all parties involved.

Rather than delivering a website that is purely visually appealing, the final result is a platform that is clearly aligned with our overall business strategy. This level of alignment reflects a thoughtful discovery process and the ability to ask the right strategic questions from the outset.
Another particularly impressive aspect was their ability to identify gaps within our existing approach and proactively propose effective solutions. This demonstrates not only technical competence but also a strong understanding of business dynamics and market positioning.
We were also highly impressed by the technical implementation. Given the level of customization required for our project, it demanded advanced technical thinking combined with a solid understanding of our industry.
Inter Smart managed to translate complex and highly individualized requirements into a functional, well-structured solution, which is not something every provider can deliver. Overall, their combination of strategic insight and technical execution sets them apart.

Overall, the project was handled very well, and there are only minor areas where improvements could be made.
During the final phase, as deadlines approached, more direct and structured communication around smaller milestones would have been beneficial. A clearer breakdown of short-term progress and more frequent alignment points could have provided additional transparency and reassurance during this critical stage.
While the overall process remained positive and well-managed, a slightly more proactive involvement and visibility into day-to-day progress would have further enhanced the collaboration experience.
That said, this is a relatively minor point and does not outweigh the many strengths demonstrated throughout the project.
