The crew was in charge of initial discovery and requirements gathering all the way to the full development and deployment. They developed and designed a web application, connected it with Microsoft , and developed APIs to integrate it with our current tools. The most important outputs were the launch of a fully operational and easy to use platform, full documentation, and technical support.

The new system minimized manual operations and provided us with a real-time view of our operations. We could see the instant change in productivity of the team and the time of responding to the clients. They converted our ideas of campaigns and needs of our clients into a working product. Between wireframes and deployment, they handled the process of defining the platform experience and making sure it was performance-based on all devices.

The site was launched with a success and instant enhancements in the way our client presents themselves to distributors and enterprise buyers.

The first few months showed higher engagement rates, including the increased length of sessions, higher rates of inquiries and higher rates of demos.

It also made us more confidential in pitching internally. The difference in being able to close deals was enormous because a functional product based on AI was in place rather than a concept deck.
