Dolphin Shores is an Award winning motel and I am the Managing Director/Owner.

Our first website was created about 16 years ago and had become outdated. I investigated a number of companies that would be able to redesign and build our new website and decided on IntelliPro with the view of increasing our direct bookings.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

From a referral initially and then from comparing their previous work, pricing, professionalism and ongoing support.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially, they sent a number of websites that they had designed from other motel/hotel clients and we decided on one that we preferred. From this, we discussed layout, colours, font size and photos and the first webite was built. A number of tweaks later, we ended up with a new website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One was the Founder/Director and the other was the Client Success Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Business generated directly from our website increased by 18%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Apart from sort personal conversations, the calls and emails were short and directly to the point which is what I wanted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing was too hard. They easily made changes and added functionality that I didn't think would be easy. Also, I'm impressed with their professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just a little hard to understand sometimes due to language.

My first contact with IntelliPro was through my company Madsen Retreat, a guest house. My second company is Whitelaw Legal Group.

What challenge were you trying to address with IntelliPro Solutions Pvt Ltd?

They helped me build websites for both my companies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It’s not good enough to have a pretty website; it has to look right, deliver the correct feeling when people arrive, and have easy navigation. Initially, I wasn’t too considered about SEO; it was about the look and navigation and the ease of integration with the booking system. After I was happy with the site we moved onto SEO, which they have their own team for.

What is the team composition?

Richa (Business Development Manager) and Manish (CEO) are the two main people I’ve been dealing with. They have lead resources for client management, technical web development, and SEO.

How did you come to work with IntelliPro Solutions Pvt Ltd?

When I joined with a booking manager for my guest house, they put me in touch with IntelliPro. After I saw their work on the first website and experience working together, I gave them the second website as well.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent between $1,500–$2,000 with them so far. The initial cost of the website was included in our fee to the booking manager, but after that expired we established our own relationship. They charge me a fee for every task they handle. It’s very business-like and thorough; I say what I want and they go away, understand the project, and deliver a quote.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The feedback from people who’ve gone to either website has been extremely positive. People who book us through the site tell us how easy it is to use. They were new to the guest house industry when I started with them, but they were upfront about it. They always engage in a constructive dialogue so that everything, in the end, was to my satisfaction.

It was the same thing with the Whitelaw website. I didn’t want a traditional legal website; I wanted them to focus on our location (Northwest Tasmania) and my clients (businesses). It was a collaboration and I was happy with the outcome and the feedback site visitors have given me.

How did IntelliPro Solutions Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very easy to work with, which helped us trust them. They communicated well and worked quickly. Issues were handled fast and they were fair on price too. We have a constant dialogue that extends to the down-time in between projects. If I find something, they’ll take care of it for me.

Many of the people in the industry aren’t up at the top with IntelliPro when it comes to communication. You have to chase them, and that’s not what you want. It’s a significant endorsement, therefore, to say that IntelliPro is good with customer communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s easy to get lost in the IT space, and I’ve had bad experiences working with the wrong people. A lot of people in this business will take your money and not do a particularly good job; you use them once and that’s it. For me, it’s been great having people I can go to that I trust.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They have it all, they’re good, and they trustworthy.

We specialize in both hardware and software for IoT solutions. I’m the managing director of the business.

What challenge were you trying to address with IntelliPro Solutions Pvt Ltd?

We needed to create manageable software that would suit our IoT customer platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They ook an existing project and enhanced its features and functions. We required a graphical interface that was easy to read. Additionally, it was essential for the software to enable IoT devices to be implemented and managed properly. We’re using an SQL database and Node-RED to create the solution.

They’re also helping me with an MQTT network. It’s a long-term project, and I believe we’ll be collaborating with them moving forward.

What is the team composition?

I have one main point of contact with them who delegates work to the rest of the team. When I visited their facilities, it seemed like their team was pretty sizable, though. 

How did you come to work with IntelliPro Solutions Pvt Ltd?

We initially found them on LinkedIn along with some other potential partners. After narrowing down our options and traveling to meet their team, we decided to choose them based on our interactions.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in June 2019, and our teams are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re a very understanding, flexible, and reasonable company. That’s helped create a collaborative partnership. I can see that they’re actively and effectively working toward meeting our goals without having us overspend. 

How did IntelliPro Solutions Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

I have a reactive management style, so we decided to sit down together and determine the best project management software for our partnership. We settled with MS Project, which allows us to track their actions. It’s been clear and smooth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a friendly, agreeable, and understanding team. In many circumstances, they’re willing and able to accommodate us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. To be candid, I’ve caused most of the issues and they’ve adapted to new situations. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear with your goals and utilize a collaborative project tracking tool. That will ensure that everything is effectively being managed from a feature and function perspective.

Community awareness was what we lacked.In-spite of being awarded on 4 occasions in two years, on a national level, we weren't able to reach out to the community. We wanted IntelliPro Solutions to help us develop our website and optimize the SEO.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create community awareness of our existence and our approaches as an award winning futuristic Play School.

Through an ex-colleague of mine.

IntelliPro understood the requirements very well and took care to develop our website as per the market needs with well matched SE optimization. They have provided us with a very satisfying customer support and immediate responses to all our queries and wants.

What was the team composition?

We kept developing the content and making alteration as and when required and the whole project was coordinated between Richa and myself ably supported and guided by Manish. There were developers, designers and technical support personnel who came in from time to time as per the need of the job.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Gestation period has been very short to comment on the outcome. Moreover, the peak season of our business, wherein we could have judged the impact of the website in drawing admissions, got disrupted due to the Corona Virus pandemic and subsequent lockdown that we are under at this moment.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The conclusion to this can be drawn from the the facts mentioned earlier (above). However, it certainly was managed well, specially in terms of TAT and deliverance.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive fact about IntelliPro is that they understand the requirements very well and cater accordingly. We have been interacting mainly with Richa Kohli and the Customer support is excellent. Creativity, Support and Search Engine optimization are what differentiates IntelliPro from the others. We are proud to have partnered with IntelliPro for our website needs.
