We’re a residential and commercial painting company that employs about 40 people. I’m the owner of the company and have been in business for just over six years. We do everything from single-family home re-paints, new construction, and multi-family new construction.

They built my website and now help me with Google Ads. Their team also manages my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team has taken my online presence from nothing to where it is today. Starting off, I had an existing GoDaddy website that was built quickly and was pretty crummy. Their team designed my website. If I ever need to update anything now, I pass on photos or content for them to post. They’re running Google Ads campaigns and built my website as well. On top of that, they also provide input on ways to be more successful with our website and handle our budget more effectively.

What is the team composition?

Matt (Senior Web Designer) is my main point of contact, but I’ve also worked with Leo (Business Development Manager) on strategy.

They were recommended to me by someone I know in the construction industry.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000–$12,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with their team since around January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m super happy with them. Before working with them, our website wasn’t getting much traffic at all. In the last 30 days, however, we’ve had 3,800 active users on our site, 979 searches, and about 2,000 views. Those numbers would’ve all been under 100 before. They’ve built our online presence, getting our name out there as a legitimate painting and drywall contractor in the area.

How did Integrity Marketing Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re available whenever we have questions or adjustments to make to the site. Every time, they’re very active in getting those things done. I have zero complaints about them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I send them new content, they make it a priority to get it online and available to the public. Their punctuality in getting things done has been the highlight. There’s never been much of a delay in getting things online.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My experience with them has been great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Matt is their ace in the hole. When I refer people to them, I always mention Matt because of my positive experience working with him. Others who have referred them say that Leo does an awesome job too.
