How many teammates from Integriti Studio were assigned to this project?

1 Employee

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project involved developing and improving the CallAVAN.live platform, which connects customers directly with local van drivers through a live map.

The work included the customer and driver facing website, driver accounts and profiles, live location functionality, backend development, database integration and an admin portal for managing the platform.

The developer also worked on migrating the existing platform to a more scalable setup while keeping the existing service operational during development and testing.

Our key objective was to create a simple experience where customers can see available local drivers, view their details and contact them directly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Users can view nearby available drivers and access relevant driver information. Successful integration between the Webflow frontend, Supabase backend, Edge Functions, and CMS. Real-time tracking of key engagement metrics, including call button clicks and driver activity.

Centralized analytics and driver management through the custom admin dashboard. Successful implementation of a scalable architecture that can later be migrated from Webflow to Next.js and from Supabase to a self-hosted Node.js backend.

Completion of the core platform functionality with a clear foundation for the planned Flutter mobile application.

The platform was successfully launched and used by real van drivers and customers. We onboarded around 50 drivers during the early stage, with drivers able to register, go live and appear on the customer map in real time. Customers have successfully used the platform to find and contact drivers directly, including completed jobs generated through CallAVAN.live. We also now have a dedicated admin system to manage and approve drivers.

Omer has been excellent to work with throughout the project. Communication has always been clear and he responds quickly whenever I have questions, changes or issues. As the project has developed, I’ve changed or added requirements several times and he has always been patient, flexible and willing to find a solution. He explains the technical side in a way I can understand and has consistently delivered what we agreed. I’ve developed a lot of trust in him and consider him an important part of the development of CallAVAN.live.

What stands out most to me is the level of trust I have developed in Integriti Studio and Omer personally. I have a huge amount of trust in both him and Integriti Studio, which is extremely important to me when someone is involved in something I am building for the long term. I would have no hesitation recommending Omer to friends or family, and that is probably the strongest recommendation I can give.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Integriti Studio could have done differently?

It is difficult for me to identify anything they could have done differently. Integriti Studio and Omer have gone beyond my expectations throughout the project. They have been flexible, patient and consistently willing to help as CallAVAN has developed and changed.
