I’m the CEO of a company that provides reliable luxury transportation services throughout New York.

What challenge were you trying to address with Integriti Studio?

We needed support to redesign our website focusing on UX and customer retention. We also needed to implement automations like automatic customer replies, auto fare calculation, auto driver dispatch, payment integrations, and integration with Limo Anywhere.

Integriti Studio redesigned our website and implemented a web app. The team also integrated our platform with Limo Anywhere and implemented an auto fare calculation system. Integriti Studio also implemented an auto-reply system and payment method integration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We lost a lot less jobs due to high traffic because most of the work was automated. Before working with Integriti Studio, we messed up one in every 10 jobs, but now, everything is going smoothly. Our website traffic and quotes increased a lot, and our overall sales increased threefold. Our customer outreach and automatic messaging also improved thanks to Integriti Studio.Specifically, we saw an 85% reduction in job errors, a 3x increase in sales, and a 5–7x increase in website traffic. We used Limo Anywhere analytics to track job errors, Google Analytics to track web traffic, and Square analytics to track sales.

How did Integriti Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Integriti Studio's project management was professional and highly dedicated. Maad (Founder) talked with me throughout the process and understood my flow, pointing out things to help me. The team delivered on time, even ahead of schedule. I just told them what I wanted, and they implemented it.We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Integriti Studio didn't just stick to our requirements; they dug deep and told us the possible features to add and enhance the system. The team explained the possible outcomes and difficulties before starting anything. Our communication was seamless.

Muhammad helped me import products and taught me how to navigate and begin building my new Shopify website using the Broadcast theme. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and he gave me clear direction throughout the entire process. As someone new to this side of Shopify, I initially felt completely overwhelmed and would have been lost without his guidance. I am incredibly grateful to Integrity Commerce for having such a kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy person helping me through these important early stages of building my website. What impressed me most was the personal attention and genuine care I received.
