Muhammad helped me import products and taught me how to navigate and begin building my new Shopify website using the Broadcast theme. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and he gave me clear direction throughout the entire process. As someone new to this side of Shopify, I initially felt completely overwhelmed and would have been lost without his guidance. I am incredibly grateful to Integrity Commerce for having such a kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy person helping me through these important early stages of building my website. Muhammad truly gave me the confidence and direction I needed to get started!

• Muhammad successfully helped me import products into my Shopify store and taught me how to navigate and begin customizing the Broadcast theme. By the end of our work together, I had a much clearer understanding of my website, a solid foundation for continuing the build, and the confidence to move forward independently. His guidance saved me countless hours of frustration and helped turn an overwhelming process into manageable, actionable steps.

Omer, the manager, was wonderful to work with and made sure my project was placed in capable hands by assigning Muhammad to my case. Muhammad was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. He communicated clearly, completed everything in a timely manner, and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. The entire process was handled professionally, and I always felt supported.

What impressed me most was the personal attention and genuine care I received. Integrity Studio did not simply complete technical tasks...they took the time to understand what I needed, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt confident moving forward. Omer thoughtfully assigned Muhammad to my project, and Muhammad’s knowledge, patience, kindness, and integrity truly set the company apart. I never felt like just another client.
