The designer delivered all items on time, with only minor delays during revisions that were communicated clearly. They were responsive, adapted well to feedback, and showed good flexibility when priorities changed. Overall, project management was smooth and professional.

Our company had recently split with a previous company and we needed someone to rebrand our operations as a new entity. Integritas was initially only hired to do the rebranding, i.e. the artistic aspect.

• New logo research/development of different options

After doing an exceptional job, we offered Integritas the rest of the web development project since we did not think we could get someone in house to replicate it successfully. This involved

I was getting constant feedback requests with designs on Figma, PDF, etc. I knew the work was getting done based on the milestones; everything was getting approved along the way.

They addressed all my needs in a timely manner. Punctuality was a little bit of an issue, but delays were always proactively communicated, new deadlines were never missed, and nothing was ever more than like ~1 week after the original date.

Young, dynamic employees with a deep understanding of their craft like they've been at it for decades.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Integritas could have done differently?

I would've appreciated stronger opinions regarding my requests. Sometimes I felt like I was pitching my ideas to them (since we managed our own content) when I would've appreciated them saying "hey I think what you're trying to do would look better like this."

Also, more in depth QA when deploying a website. There were a small handful of issues that I discovered while doing our own QA (after releasing payment). Fortunately, Integritas did not kick up a fuss and fixed the issues.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Integritas designed the website. Although we had branding, we trusted the process and started from scratch with the logo and wireframes. They nailed it, and we continued with the full design. 

How did you come to work with Integritas?

I found Egor (Founder & CEO) through Upwork. He was the third designer I had taken on for the project, and he absolutely nailed it where others failed to understand the mission. Integritas just got it. They understood the brief, my messy ADHD creativity and explanations, and visualized it rapidly so that we could really start working on it.

We worked together from February–April 2024.

Our company is looking at creating a new website for our Saas business. We will need quite an extensive rebuild which includes graphics along with the ability to generate the copy for the site, page designs. We are looking to make ourselves look large and think a lot of pages and content, along with animations on the site is what will get us there.

This could be an ongoing job to continue to generate more pages within the site. We're open to technologies used, but would prefer to stick to the more mainstream options (eg. wordpress).

We had to go back and ofrht a lot with revisions because they couldn't get the style right, although they were attentive to our feedback and always performed the adjustments we requested.

I’m one of the founders of a content news and media publishing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Integritas?

We needed help with web design and development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Integritas built two websites for us from scratch. We provided them with our navigation and strategy brief, audience definition, and basic digital strategy. We also gave them our business model and purpose.

Integritas designed the website's UX/UI to easily organize and engage daily news and blog posts about a particular topic. We did our monetization through advertising and affiliate marketing.

The team also did basic branding as part of the design processes, and we had a second arrangement for the development processes. The team used Figma for all the designs and built the website using WordPress.

What is the team composition?

I primarily dealt with one of Integritas' founders, Igor, for the branding and design. I also dealt with another person for the development. However, Igor was our primary contact.

How did you come to work with Integritas?

I found Igor on Upwork.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent €15,000 on both websites.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2024–April 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don't have enough historical data to look at the change in user engagement because these were new sites. However, Integritas launched the websites, so they did their job.

How did Integritas perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via WhatsApp and had kickoff calls and occasional check-in calls. The design process was hands-off. We had an initial intake, and Integritas did an assessment. The team did a good job with the timeline and stayed within budget.

Integritas had a good delivery time standard, and we didn't have a lot of communication. If we provided feedback, which we did mainly for the design and banding processes, their team would consider it for their revisions.

Since Integritas didn't use a project management tool, we had to coordinate everything ourselves. Integritas would be responsive and address our requests, but we had to catch everything, so we wouldn't trust the developer to deliver a perfect website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Integritas hit above their weight. They did nice work, and the websites were great. The team was responsive, kept to their schedules, and made no mistakes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Integritas didn't hit 100%; in our experience, they shot 90%. There were no mistakes, so in that regard, the quality was 100%. However, Integritas could've gone above and beyond.

The team reused the same photos for category pages. We had to get involved to drive that. When we searched all the images to ensure there were no copyright issues, we found the image Integritas used that they reworked for the logo. When I shared that with them, they said it didn't matter. All in all, their services were inexpensive.

They were digital designers who created digital designs for a brand but weren't branders. For example, there were some questions about some of the photos of a doctor with a stethoscope, and they responded they were photos of traditional medicine. Still, we wanted digital medicine for our purposes.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear about what you want. Integritas is very proactive with your feedback. They're sincere and authentic with their work, so the more feedback you give, the better your project will be.
