Integrio Systems was engaged to design and develop the SnapAuditAI platform, including the core web application, backend infrastructure, API functionality, and an initial public-facing landing page.

The scope of work included building an AI-powered system capable of analyzing jobsite photos to identify potential workplace hazards and generate structured, actionable safety reports. Integrio developed the application architecture, user interface, and reporting workflows to ensure the platform was practical, fast, and usable in real-world jobsite conditions.

They also designed and implemented a secure, well-documented API to allow SnapAuditAI to integrate with external safety, compliance, and project management systems, supporting future scalability and third-party integrations.

In addition, Integrio created a professional landing page to clearly communicate the product’s value proposition, support early market validation, and prepare for public launch. There was a minor learning curve early on around timeline expectations, as we initially underestimated how long certain complex features would take to develop. As the scope became clearer, timelines were adjusted accordingly.

We initially partnered with Integrio to help us out at the pandemic's start.  We lost our lead developer, company founder, and mid-level developer.  We needed development help to keep the product afloat.  Illia helped us on several maintenance projects to keep the product moving forward.  
We decided to have him stay on as a full-time developer, so he ended up working on all the projects that we worked on over the past 4 years.  He was key to the company success

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we decided to utilize Illia more as a fellow employee rather than a contracted worker, I would say our success can be measured in how we pulled ourselves out of technical debt and the loss of developers to become quite successful as a company. In Illia's time with CampSite, we grew the company from about 9 employees to 30 employees. 
There is a direct correlation between the number of development/product improvements that Illia helped with and the growth of our customer base.

Illia was always very prompt with his deliverables. He was more than willing to work later hours to go over his work items with QA. If hotfixes were ever needed, he was extremely quick to respond.

I’m the director of R&D at EZFacility. We are a SaaS provider for scheduling management for the sports industry. We handle all of their needs, such as scheduling, membership management, and league management.

We wanted to leverage newer technologies in our business, so we decided to hire frontend resources to assist our development capabilities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Integrio has provided us with frontend resources. We started the engagement with a series of phone calls to discuss this specific project and the requirements that we have in terms of the people that we were looking for.

The project initially started with a rewrite of our user interface — they’ve taken our flagship product and essentially converted it into a new frontend framework. They’ve also helped us migrate into the new Angular frontend framework that we decided to implement. 

Aside from that, we’ve also recently hired a backend developer through Integrio Systems, and we currently have two open positions that we’re looking to fill through them as well.

From a productivity and output perspective, we did see a 33% increase in our productivity when we hired our first frontend developer through Integrio Systems. We’ve since seen that slowly but steadily increase as we’ve added additional resources from them.

How did Integrio Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

Integrio Systems has done a great job in terms of project management. They themselves are not doing any project management work, but they’re excellent at managing the work that’s being provided to them. They also respond to working with our project managers very well.

We use Jira for project management and Microsoft Teams for communication. We also use Bitbucket for our code repository and Octopus Deploy as our deployment tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of the things that make Integrio Systems stand out is the speed at which they provide us with candidates. I am confident that if I reach out to them, whether to acquire resources for the short or long term, I will get candidates very quickly. I’m able to hire faster than I’ve ever been able to do so through any other recruitment agency that I’ve worked with.

Aside from that, Integrio Systems’ dedication to getting work done is impressive. They’re generally willing to always work late or on the weekends, even when we don’t ask them to.

Apart from that, they’ve also allowed them to save a lot of time by focusing on other important tasks while letting the legacy system do its job. We’re glad to have hired a team that helped us extend our services to other companies.

We mainly communicate with Integrio Systems via Skype and Microsoft Teams, while we manage the project using a kanban board on Jira. They’re a responsible team that meets our project management needs by setting sound priorities and providing accurate estimates. Overall, I can say that they always meet our expectations in terms of handling each phase of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m the owner and principal of Ferry Travel. We provide information on as well as enable the reservation bookings of ferry systems. We’ve just taken on barges.

We brought them on to build our website. Our challenge was that we needed to secure a prominent position on the search engines to secure business, They were tasked with site updates including ongoing SEO.

We needed a partner who could work with quick turnarounds. Ferries are old and often have mechanical, weather, and unexpected schedule delay issues. We had to be able to communicate last-minute departure time changes on the website at the drop of a hat.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We are the only company that enables the booking of various ferry system reservations, both local and international, online. Integrio Systems had to increase our rankings so anyone searching for a route — whether operated by a government system or an independently owned ferry system — could be found. Different countries and different currencies had to be addressed.

A ferry operator name is not top of mind, so the challenge is that although a traveller might not know the ferry operator by name, they know where they want to embark and disembark. Integrio Systems implemented a system that enabled us to offer booking information that addressed that. Our website provides internet users with information on booking a ferry from A to B to C to D without needing to seek out or know the operator name.

Integrio Systems built our website focusing on user-friendliness and visibility. They designed a site that'd be easy to navigate. The site provides all the information a user needs — from port information to reading the latest ferry-related news to getting a quote. If a site user then decides to reserve a ferry, they're able to securely enter their personal information and make a reservation.

Someone referred them to us. I went to see them and explained what we needed. They expressed an interest, said they could do it, and we moved forward from there.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Integrio Systems took us from zero to a very profitable company. They made us a functioning business. Their team maintains and updates the site on an ongoing basis, and we get a regular detailed report on the SEO efforts.

Our company is consistently on the first page of the search engines. Sometimes, we are in the first place, other times in second or third. We’re very happy with where we are. Integrio Systems is fast in updating our news and schedules. We’ve stayed with them for 15 years because they’ve done a good job for us. It’s important to build trust, and they’re trustworthy.

How did Integrio Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

I talk to them daily. They’re great at reacting to major schedule changes. Elena works overseas and in her time zone. This is perfect for us because the schedules are updated during our nighttime. We primarily communicate through the telephone and emails.

It’s very easy to communicate with Integrio Systems, and they react immediately. They don’t put us on hold or take three weeks to respond. Whatever we may need, they address right away. If we have an issue that requires time, they provide a time estimate and stick to it. If they have to react to an unexpected situation, they do so immediately.

No, I can’t ask for much more than a partner who’s responsive and quick to react. I really like them and recommend their team.

You don’t have to pressure them to do anything. Integrio Systems knows what the objective is. They provide you with the proper keywords and utilize the best SEO techniques. They’re always there for us and will be for you.

I’m the founder and former CEO of Cleo Networks. It started as an idea to help e-learning with video conferencing and texting, and expanded to a broader unified communication portal.

I brought my design to Integrio Systems in terms of how I wanted things to function. We worked collaboratively, and they suggested improvements. The team built the platform from beginning to end. 

They reverse-engineered and rebuilt the codex. They were involved from the technology to the business strategy, regarding how to roll it out and how the platform would mature and evolve. 

Integrio Systems also implemented peer-to-peer video conferencing at a high quality.

We worked with 10–20 teammates overall. The members changed as the project progressed, based on the skills needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The platform worked universally across distance, different platforms, browsers, devices, and it worked every time. Peer-to-peer conferencing was groundbreaking work at the time, and they were the only team I knew of that could do it so well.

It was key to the platform’s success. They helped us identify that the project was more ambitious than I had anticipated, and mapped out a plan to move forward. 

Thanks to them, the project was more sophisticated than expected, and I’m grateful for the technology they implemented, which required so many skillsets on server and client levels. They also delivered 24/7 support. The company sold for more money due to the scalability of the platform.

Integrio Systems was available, and their communication was excellent. They took the project by the hand and guided it through. They set the pace better than we could’ve, so everything was on par.

We had a version of the system running in an earlier version of Angular. They mostly did frontend UI development based on Angular.

Some of our sister companies had used Integrio Systems, and I’d actually met Alexey (Owner) in junction with one of those companies on a business trip. We decided they’d be a good fit for us as well.

This project was from April 2019–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We finished one of the projects right before the collapse of the events industry about two months ago; we were able to push through and get it out. The other project was bigger, and we didn’t have quite enough time or resources to finish it. I was happy with their work from a technical side. Not only did they take direction well, but they made suggestions and did design work when asked, as opposed to just having all the design done on our side.

How did Integrio Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

We used the Atlassian suite, so Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence were our main tracking tools. We had weekly meetings. I know the folks I spoke with were based in Ukraine, but they accommodated my schedule quite well, despite the time difference. Whenever specific questions came up, we could chat any time via Skype messenger and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The organizational aspect was more than what I expected. I figured it would be like having another employee assigned to us, but they had project management services. We’re not a huge outfit, so they offered to do testing and QA as well. They were flexible regarding that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not off the top of my head. I think that for the bigger projects, hands were tied with the resources that were allocated from the get-go. We did the best we could with what we had. I wasn’t disappointed. I was hoping to get further on it, but that wasn’t their fault; it was more our side.

Any advice for potential customers?

If we come out well on the other side of this, I’m hoping to get the same team to work on other projects. I’d specifically request the folks I worked with before.

At the beginning of 2009, it became clear that in November 2009 we had to submit an application for the .УКР IDN ccTLD delegation. We were searching for a company who would be able to develop and maintain the registry software for this ccTLD. At this times the ICANN has introduced the IDN domains and it was a brand new subject for domain industry. Actually almost nobody knew how to deal with internationalized domain names, what is involved, and how IND DNS works. We were looking for a company that knew domain names business, IDN subject, and at same time a company that is enough mature to support such a critical element of Internet infrastructure of country as well as a global

What were your goals for this project?

The registry should have been a reliable and stable solution for domain registration purposes. The registry should have been: - maintain the functionality of the priority registration period and form classes of 16 types of intellectual property in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, - supposed to support all types of resource records, including security options when working with domain names, - supposed to meet all the requirements put forward by ICANN and IANA, - contain a stop list mechanism based on word-forms in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, - supposed to support e-banking, - support at least 5 DNS servers platforms on different DCs, - provide statistic report tools, - provide and maintain EPP, - provide full life cycle of domain names, - support all relevant RFC requirements, - provide database maintenance.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

In the domain name business everyone knows everyone. At least big players know one another. Many times I met guys from Integrio at different domain business related events, such as ICANN Meetings, IGF Forums etc. I knew they were involved in this new initiative of internationalized domain names by ICANN, they actively participated in the ICANN working groups, they were really enthusiastic about new initiatives. At the same time, I knew that Integrio developed very good software for well-known companies on the domain market. I contacted the person from Integrio whom I met earlier and we started to cooperate.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, developed, configured and launched a Registry software. They took part and helped in stage of development the Technical requirements for the Registry. We had joint workshops from stage of architecture and up to detail requirements to components. It was very good work. Since the project had a lot of innovations in it, there were a lot of discussions, mockups, proofs of concept. I can tell that Ukraine has its domain to a large extent thanks to the efforts of the project managers.

What was the team composition?

Different people at Integrio were involved on different stages. Business analysts, developers, project managers, QA specialists, system administrators/devops, designers, support staff. In total, there were about 11-13 people. At the stage of active development of the project there were 5 developers, system administrator, 2 QA specialists.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The value of the project that Integrio developed is that the registry works reliably and stably. Software registry allows you to flexibly respond to new marketing initiatives and does not require additional settings or additional programming. The solution is highly efficient. It is very important that this decision forms the basis for further development with the aim of creating MNP systems and administering IMEI codes. This solution allows you to create solutions for ENUM technologies. The software they created successfully passed audits by ICANN and IANA and providing very good SLA level.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

A project work plan was drawn up. Timing has always been respected. Integrio's project management was clear and businesslike. All wishes regarding adjustments to the software product that arose at the Customer were discussed in detail and implemented. At stages until 2012-2013, we used Skype and WhatsApp for communications, later Google Hangouts additionally. In the later stages, Slack was used for coordination.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism, enthusiasm, service, and readiness to understand you were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I don't think so. I guess they are the accomplished and skilled team for solving current challenges.

I’m the director of R&D at Member Solutions. We provide member management and payment processing for fitness and martial arts clubs and offer call-center services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Integrio Systems?

The challenge was the cost aspect, along with having a reliable partner that would take ownership of the work. We also wanted to take advantage of a 24-hour work timeline, having them be available when we weren't.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have a long history with Integrio Systems. They originally developed the member management solution that we acquired from a company in Canada. 

Since then, we’ve engaged them for code development services in a lot of technologies, including .NET, Java, and AWS. The team has worked on various databases such as MySQL and Oracle, and we’ve used them across six product lines. They also work with us on QA and project management. 

We have a decent-sized team, and Integrio Systems provides a project manager who supports us, is aligned with our business goals and needs, and helps us communicate with other teams. Additionally, the team works with us on UX development, starting with design mockups. 

They work in AngularJS and React.js, and the backend developers work on microservices and Docker. We also get database administrator support from them on Oracle and MySQL projects. They cover the whole spectrum. 

We also have them in our latest product, Cubiic, which uses AWS microservices, Docker, ASP.NET Core, and React.js. Cubiic is a next-generation financial servicing platform for delinquency management. Integrio Systems built the solution using the latest technologies and we were totally dependent on them. 

In terms of functionality, if a member’s credit card expires, the platform will reach out to them using various means, including email and SMS, to make sure they’ve updated their profile so that payments can be processed properly.

We had an architect running the project from our side, but we had a combination of UX designers, backend developers, database administrators from Integrio Systems working on the project.

Our point of contact from varies, and the team size ranges between 10–15 members, depending on the projects we get. They’re pretty flexible about it. Additionally, we have a set team for product maintenance.

They were working on the old product, and we needed someone who knew the technology, so we re-engaged them to support us.

The collaboration started close to 10 years ago, before my time at the company. We brought them on again in January 2018, and they continue to support us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After we deployed the solution to one of our partners, our collection percentages increased by 70–80%. We were able to collect money more quickly on delinquencies with automated campaigns.

I give the majority of the credit to Integrio Systems for making the solution a huge triumph. This is a newer product, released just before Coronavirus. It was an immediate success, even during these times.

Because of the way we architected the product, it’s scalable, it has a great UX, and we can get people on board with it. Overall, it’s a huge win for us. During this period, I’ve been able to take our company’s roadmap further with the help of Integrio Systems and our on-site team.

How did Integrio Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Atlassian, with Jira and Zendesk for ticketing, as well as Confluence, and Bitbucket. Integrio Systems works well within that structure. We’re pretty agile, and they align well with our Kanban Boards and scrums. If we engage a decently-sized team from them, they’ll automatically put a project manager in place. 

They provide a lot of flexibility for us, in terms of skills. Along with the tools we use, it makes it much easier for us because we don’t have to manage the individual team members at a personal and communication level. We haven’t had any issues with communication so far. 

We try to be concise and precise as well, but we’re able to alleviate any gaps because of their project management support. They always have teammates available if we need an extra resource.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Integrio Systems is not a typical offshore shop. They’re invested in the process and the product, and they truly want us to be successful. Not only do they provide resources, but they also hire resources to fit the need. 

They believe in growing the team as we grow as a company. This is the main difference I’ve seen with Integrio Systems based on my 20 years of experience in this industry. We have more of a family culture, and they align with that very well. 

We belong to a bigger organization, Jonas Club Software, which has around 50 companies. I strongly recommend them to our sister companies, so Integrio Systems is growing within our umbrella, engaging with 4–5 of them now.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m friends with their principal, and I’ve talked to him about how they can grow and diversify. From what I’ve seen, they’ve grown over the years, but I would think this is the time for them to expand on their infrastructure in Ukraine or Poland, wherever they want to grow. 

They have a solid foundation now, with lots of great projects executed and lots of relationships built. I think they’re more US- and Canada-centric, but they have the potential to grow beyond that.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I was the co-founder of Volo Innovations. We developed an online billing system and business model for the health and fitness industry. In 2012, my partner and I sold the company to a wholly-owned subsidiary of a software business. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Integrio Systems?

We hired Integrio Systems to rebuild the original version of our software and take it to market. The original software had been developed by a company that was no longer in business. Additionally, it was only intended to be used by me and my partner’s personal training studio. However, we wanted to start selling the software to others in the health industry. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took the original product and made it scalable so that it could be tailored to other users’ businesses. We spent the first two months of the engagement walking through the current software and discussing the most important features and functionality. 

Although the concept and functionality were the same, none of the original code was included in the new version. They completely rewrote the product. The software is able to keep track of employees, clients, payment plans, and the scheduling of a fitness studio. 

What is the team composition?

Alexey (Co-Founder & CEO, Integrio Systems) was our primary point of contact, but there were other team members we worked with such as coders and a graphic designer. 

How did you come to work with Integrio Systems?

We were referred to them by the vendor that designed our website. 

How much have you invested with them?

Over the course of the engagement, we spent over $500,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement lasted from 2007 until we were acquired in 2012. The software first went to market in 2008, but they continued to provide updates after that. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The biggest evidence of our success is that we were acquired by a large software company. The other company was interested in us in large part because of the software that Integrio Systems helped develop. As a part of the acquisition due diligence process, the source code developed by Integrio Systems passed an independent third-party audit for scalability and security. 

The best feedback we got from users was in regard to the clarity and ease the solution provided. It limited the possibility for human error in comparison to keeping track of scheduling and payments through other models.  

How did Integrio Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive. We primarily communicated via email, instant messaging, and Skype. We also had in-person meetings to go over larger aspects of the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were able to understand the mindset of the client when developing the product. They worked with us to make the software user-friendly. Other vendors we interviewed weren’t able to understand how to make the software easy to use for fitness professionals, they could only think about it from the mindset of a computer programmer. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. Even when there were changes or unforeseen issues, they were accommodating.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is key. It’s important to be clear about what specific features you need and what UX/UI design should look like.
