I’m the chief strategy officer of Integra Magna, a healthcare-at-home company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Integra Magna?

We needed support with print assets and event booth designs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Integra Magna designed and developed print assets, including brochures, flyers, service highlights, and strategy and design materials. The team also created hotel client videos, event booth artwork, and campaign planning for a new service. The main objectives were to create high-quality brochures in different sizes, motion graphics videos for hotel clients, and event booth setup. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with five teammates from Integra Magna.

How did you come to work with Integra Magna?

We found Integra Magna through a referral from a friend. The team’s website was very interesting, and their past projects reflected the design expertise we were looking for. Additionally, the team was helpful in navigating the right idea for our project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received more than 400 leads for our services from the event and hotel video in two months. The measurable outcomes from our project with Integra Magna have been leads about our services, inquiries, and conversions.

Integra Magna delivered on time and had perfect communication with a dedicated account manager.

The team was very responsive and integrated feedback easily. They were always excited to try new ideas and provided multiple options for each deliverable.

For what projects/services did your company hire IM Designs?

We worked on a few different projects but for this project in particular we hired them branding of the truck, which included Poster design, brochures design, Avatar creation, interior planning, and marketing-related material, pitch desk.

What were your goals for this project?

To create awareness and convey the technical stuff related to Ai in the simplest way possible.

We wanted to teach the people of Finland about AI and its future in a fun and easy way to learn. This was done by building an escape room inside a truck with riddles related to AI.

What was the team composition?

We were a team of international students and teachers, include a project manager, marketing manager and design manager. There was also a technical team for the project

Great reception of the creatives and positive feedbacks. Many of our customers appreciated our way of showing/ conveying things creatively and credit goes to IM Designs.

They were very responsive and professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Capacity to take raw data and come up with a creative concept. Presenting the ideas in the best and easiest way possible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were very satisfied with all the graphics. There was just 1 poster which we felt could have been a bit more polished. However, to be fair that was the last minute call we were giving a very tight deadline.
