They are for clients not on inTech managed IT. Most engagements follow a predictable structure. We begin with a readiness gap analysis, typically two to four weeks, that measures the current environment against the 110 controls across 14 domains in CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 and produces a prioritized remediation roadmap. Remediation follows and is usually the longest phase: implementing technical controls, building policies and procedures, establishing a properly scoped CUI enclave, and writing the System Security Plan and Plan of Action and Milestones. We work closely with your team to avoid disrupting daily operations. When remediation is complete, we help prepare your evidence and documentation, run practice reviews, and close any gaps before a formal assessment.
