The scope of work included a complete redesign of our website's layout and navigation, optimizing it for mobile responsiveness, improving page load speed, integrating an e-commerce platform, and ensuring smooth user interactions. Key deliverables included a wireframe mockup, the final design in HTML/CSS, integrated e-commerce functionality, and thorough testing.

The project resulted in significant improvements. Our bounce rate decreased by 25%, and the time users spent on the website increased drastically. Furthermore, our conversion rate increased by 15% after the website was properly launched

We were impressed with the team's attention to detail in both design and functionality. Then our major form of communication was through email, i find it very impressive they managed to capture the essence of our brand and translated it into a visually captivating website that was also highly intuitive to navigate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INSTALOPER, LLC could have done differently?

While Instaloper LLC's performance was remarkable, there were a few minor delays in the initial phase of the project due to unforeseen technical issues. Improved contingency planning for such scenarios could have been beneficial.

We haven’t launched yet, so we don’t have any metrics. However, we were satisfied with INSTALOPER, LLC’s work overall.

INSTALOPER, LLC was timely and possessed strong communication skills. They were a team of hard workers who truly wanted to meet deadlines. We interacted primarily through Slack.

INSTALOPER, LLC genuinely treated us like their partner — they worked on our product like it was their own and led us in the right direction.

In addition, they really helped us arrive at the most logical and cost-effective solution. The team didn’t just take orders, but they made sure to give us advice that made sense. Ilya was incredibly smart and helpful as well.

They could’ve listened to our input more. However, it wasn’t a big deal, and the team just wanted to ensure that we did things the right way.
