The scope of work involved building the Mercado Shops website (a business unit of Mercado Libre) from the ground up, with the goal of effectively, visually, and accessibly communicating our value proposition. Key deliverables included improving our website's conversion rates, increasing the generation of qualified leads, and gathering information from potential leads. We also aimed to create various informational sections to address the interests of our audience, including both educational and commercial content. A major challenge was to ensure that Insite work aligned with best practices and systems used by our internal IT team, functioning as an extension of our own team to maintain consistency and quality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We developed a robust website that effectively and impactfully reflected our value proposition while showcasing our brand elements. We were able to create several sections of interest for our users, as well as forms to collect information from potential leads. Among the measurable outcomes we achieved were an increase in our conversion rate, a reduction in the bounce rate, an improvement in the average time spent on the site, an increase in the number of sections consumed by users, a greater volume of leads generated, and the successful collection of information from potential leads.

They were very effective in breaking down the project into specific deliverables and timelines, using various tools and resources to keep us informed about schedules, deliverables, tasks, and more. This facilitated the project's execution with excellence. In instances where blockers arose, they communicated the issues promptly, brought forward proposals to address them, and provided visibility on the expected impact. They demonstrated an ability to suggest improvements upon identifying opportunities, and despite being an external agency, they worked as a true extension of our team.

• Advice commercial divisions and brands on the design of campaigns that require interaction with Marketing Cloud. What can and cannot be done. Possible solutions to special requirements, etc.

Insite was copied in all creative briefs in order to be aware of the campaign requirements and thus be able to make suggestions on issues related to CRM.

Customer Journey Implementation

• Implementation and configuration of Journeys in Marketing Cloud based on assets delivered by the L'Oréal divisions.

• Control of the proper functioning of Journeys.

• Maintenance of implemented Journeys.

Reporting

• Monthly Report for all divisions and brands according to predefined model.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the course of theese 6 years L'Oréal Uruguay customer database was tripled in size.

Also, our CRM strategy was much improved, with always on communications, ad hoc campaigns, and journeys for the key e-commerce events.

We doubled our initial scope of work.

All our main KPIs are above L'Oréal LATAM average.

On our join projects with INSITE, we work tirelessly in developing pieces for our onsite placements, that are both visually compelling and clear on what our value prop is, in order to optimize user experience metrics, mainly Click Through Rate (interest) and Conversion Rate (effectiveness). We obtain results that give evidence of both goals being met, and increased in every iteration.

INSITE responds to our needs with flexibility and agility, without sacrifing creativity in their deliverables. They deliver on time, and have appropiate planning in order to honor deadlines as agreed.

The work required a full redesign of our HPE Digital Learner experience, modifying the underlying SaaS platform UI to apply the HPE Brand and Design System as closely as possible.  The deliverables included UX strategy outlines, detailed viability study of the SaaS platform, research into UX modifications through JQuery, a complete set of storyboards in Figma, development of the source code, addressing issues discovered during testing and delivery of a clean, documented code base to our source control platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was deployed on time and with a high degree of quality.  Customer acceptance of the changes has been excellent with zero customer issues detected or reported.  The project has allowed us to better integrate with other company web sites due to the aligned design system. We had no critical or high defects detected within 90 days of launch an only a few issues discovered during testing.

The project was delivered on time and on budget.  Changes and fixes requested were dealt with very effectively and flexibly.  Federico and team bring an excellent "can do" approach to their work, are always happy to meet and discuss ideas and communicate clearly.  They provide high quality estimates and stick to their proposed budgets.

They bring a really good attitude to our projects - always understanding and flexible.  It feels like they are a true extension of our team whenever we work with them.  They also bring technical excellence and are our trusted partner for web development and UX work.

I'd highly recommend Federico and team to anyone considering UX and web development work - especially if you are a smaller team (even within a large company) looking for a great partner to help you.
