Some of the links to helpful documents they compiled were stored in a spreadsheet cell, which totally makes sense.  Ideally, there would be a page of all of the links they provided so it can be easily found and referenced by other team members but this would just be the cherry on top, the way the information was provided was very acceptable and we appreciate all the additional documents Insidea put together for us.

As a result of the project, Day Hagan now has a fully functional and organized CRM system tailored to our distribution strategy. Over 1,000 advisor contacts were successfully imported and segmented by channel (RIA, Family Office, etc.), enabling targeted outreach for the Smart Sector proxy vote and beyond. Email integration was completed, allowing for real-time logging of outreach, tracking open and click rates, and documenting advisor engagement. Within the first week, several follow-up conversations were initiated with advisors who had not yet voted, demonstrating improved visibility and responsiveness. Additionally, the cold email process was streamlined, saving multiple hours per week that were previously spent on manual outreach, and setting a foundation for scalable campaigns in the future. The CRM structure now supports team collaboration and efficient lead tracking, significantly enhancing our ability to prioritize high-value relationships and increase voting participation across custodial platforms.
