Kick-off meeting, then we received an MVP which only hosted one course, afterwards we received a mockup. Finally, INOWU worked on making that final mock-up a reality.

We have weekly meetings with inowu to follow-up on the progress of the project. Also, everytime a bug popped up, we communicated directly through direct messaging so it could be solved ASAP. INOWU promptly resolved the bug.

They don't limit themselves to do what we tell them to do. They speak their mind and look for the best solution to solve a business problem. They are an strategic partner.

There were some minor bugs that gave us problems later on in the project.

We started off with virtual sessions, looking at the problem and trying to explain to them exactly all the different approaches we had tried with the problem, the following sessions were between my team and INOWUS team, figuring out different possible solutions

2 people. One of them was a Xamarin expert and the other had plenty of experience with iOS development.

The project was finally uploaded to the App Store since the library was successfully removed from the code.

I kept a tight communication with Kevin, we would talk almost everyday to take a look at the progress. My people and his people had also scheduled appointments during the week

The way they treated me. We kept a very natural, professional, but at the same time chill communication, where I felt really comfortable expressing my concerns, the things I liked and did not like. he team at INOWU has always been ready to listen.

The website was delivered in time for the launch, later we looked for a way to generate a robot and we are still in the process of training to determine delivery times

The development that was needed to obtain the website was analyzed, INOWU analyzed it and they gave us delivery stages that were fulfilled on time. Communication was always effective for any clarification or change for what was needed.

I believe that the modifications we make to our website are necessary according to what the market asks of us and that is one of the facilities we have with INOWU

We hired INOWU because of the need to digitize our business. Nowadays is very important to be stablished on the internet and with INOWU we made that project possible. INOWU helped us creating an eCommerce platform in which we could commercialize our products according our needs. Our main goal was to create a unique, customized and a user friendly website in which we could control all the operations behind an eCommerce Landing Page.

We selected INOWU because a friends recommendation and the deciding factor was the quality and the customization that they offer.

Ad all the projects, we had a kick off meeting to discuss the main goals and what we specially wanted to achieve with this project. From there, INOWU created a schedule using Monday.com CRM, in that schedule our team could see all the tasks that INOWU in which INOWU's team were working. The first delivery was the design.

After we approved the design of the website we moved forward to the development of the site, using the angular framework. In this step they developed from the main design to the payment gateway and the integrations of many API's. We had many meetings. The meetings never were face-to-face, all the meetings were by zoom.

The project manager who was our main point of contact throughout the process. He helped us with all the iterations and all the suggests we made them. There were also 2 backend developers who helped us all the time solving our main concerns and always keeping up with the suggests that we made to the project manager. Also there was a designer that always listened us and helped us in many ways proposing great ideas to the project.

We have not already launch officially the eCommerce but it has all the features of an eCommerce, they know exactly all the product features that an eCommerce should have.

The first 2 months we had weekly meetings with the project manager, the designer and in the third month INOWU added one backend developer for better communication. If there were deliverables that has to be make by our team, they always let us know ahead of time so we could delivered them on the scheduled date. In the last month we had daily meetings to setup the final details.

They can make any request you tell them, they know how to do it and they seem very prepared. They are also very patient and helped us to understand all the processes that were made during the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe they can try to stick a bit more with the delivery dates and to communicate more the work methods to the clients that have no knowledge of the development steps or any computer knowledge. Other than that, INOWU is a great team and they hace an excellent synergy.
