We hired them for their design services. **SOLUTION** What was the scope of their involvement? Innovative Marketing Solutions has built and designed display mounts for our locks. We plan to use these mounts whenever we have tradeshows and for our retail partners. Their team has worked on every aspect of the mounts, including the color and components. They’ve also made sure the design aligned with our branding. What is the team composition? We primarily work with Mark (National Account Director). He’s our main point of contact. How did you come to work with Innovative Marketing Solutions? We ran into them at a tech event back in 2019. During that event, we found out that they were designing display mounts for one of our largest competitors. Hence, we decided to work with them because they seemed to be the best fit for our project. How much have you invested with them? We’ve spent about $100,000. What is the status of this engagement? We started working with them in February 2019, and our engagement is still ongoing. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?  We’re pleased with the packaging and overall aesthetic appeal of the mounts. It’s also easy to mount our product on them. How did Innovative Marketing Solutions perform from a project management standpoint? They’ve managed the project well. They always deliver on time and stay within budget. For communication, we use email. What did you find most impressive about them? We’re impressed with how good they are at what they do.
