Innovation Feel does an amazing job at delivering projects not only on time but at great speed, whilst maintaining excellent quality. We have a weekly meeting scheduled for catch-ups and project discussions, but they are also on hand almost 24/7 to respond to any urgent tasks and needs.

Communication with all the people who worked with us on this project was great. They responded very quickly and carefully worked on all the issues we had to achieve best results. They accurately estimated the time needed to develop a particular feature, so we never had problems with delivery.

We loved their approach, and were impressed by their transparency and attitude. We worked things out until everyone was happy with the outcome. They understand needs very well and do their best to help their clients.

We needed an online order processing platform to automate, simplify and optimise our work with partners. It had to be a system that would also allow to control stock balance and manage the production.

We were looking for local software vendors in our area. We chose this vendor based on their experience, past work on projects and cases that prove they are highly proficient. We also chose them for optimal ratio of price and quality and excellent presentation during the tender process.

As the main technology for the platform we chose Ruby on Rails. It was recommended to us by the vendor as this technology proved itself to be efficient, flexible and would allow our project to scale. During the time we were using the platform we were completely satisfied by the output and solve any issues that came up.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to the new platform, it was much easier for us to manage our collaboration with partners. We were also be able to see out stock balance which helped us make decisions concerning further production. The automated platform helped us reduce operational costs by eliminating manual work. It allowed our employees to switch to another business activities and improve their productivity.

We were completely satisfied by the project management. Everything we need is delivered on time, and the quality of their services is excellent. We were very comfortable with communication and their attitude. The team used such tools as Trello, Slack to communicate and manage tasks and they worked out well.

I would like to highlight their high quality customer service and their ability to spot customer requirements and expectations. I was impressed by the project management style and it was very easy and comfortable to communicate with the team and with the manager who knew how to get things done and could predict possible outcomes.

We were very glad we got to work with Innovation Feel. If we have more projects to be developed, we will definitely reach out to them.

Innovation Feel is helping us with frontend development using React and Apollo GraphQL. They contribute to our web app's codebase in collaboration with our team, and we define the scope of work as we go along. Additionally, the team has helped us with backend development as well.

At the moment, one team member from Innovation Feel works with us on a contractual basis. However, we've had more than one developer helping us at certain times.

I wasn’t part of the initial selection process. However, I believe we chose Innovation Feel because they had developers working with our specific backend language.

We began working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

Innovation Feel is very proactive, pays attention to detail, and delivers on time. Since we're not working with a predefined scope, we don't have any metrics. 

How did Innovation Feel perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very responsive and timely. We communicate through Slack, and we use Shortcut for project management. The team works with us 40 hours a week.

I'm impressed by how efficient Innovation Feel is in getting work done.

At this stage, our relationship is going well. We've already given them constructive feedback that they've acted on.

Since they're an offshore company, language can be a bit of a barrier. However, you can overcome that with time.

The team examined what worked and what didn’t and fixed the latter. They’ve also helped us with some front- and backend features. Additionally, Innovation Feel has integrated some new services into the platform, such as Amadeus and Galileo, among many others.

We’ve worked with Bohdan (Frontend Engineer), a backend developer, and a manager.

Friends from another company recommended Innovation Feel to us. We chose them because we could see they had good specialists and their pricing was fair.

Innovation Feel has been able to identify the problems our platform had, define them, and resolve them. Additionally, Bohdan is a very good specialist.

Their project management is good, and they deliver on time. We typically communicate through Telegram, which has been working well for us. As for task management, we use Notion and Trello.

The best thing about working with Innovation Feel is how they’ve been able to find the issues within our platform. We had many problems; the team found the biggest one and has gone from there.

No, I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve. If something comes up, we can speak with them, and they’ll make any necessary changes.

You should hire them because Innovation Feel is a very good company that can adjust and cater to any task — it’s why we’ve continued to work with them.

I’m the CEO of a woodworking company. We run an international website (translated in 29 languages) that focuses on the wood industry as well as mobile applications.

We needed someone who could help us develop a manual editor where users could decide how they wanted a log to be cut. The solution was too complicated for us, so we went to Innovation Feel for the project.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Innovation Feel is developing our manual editor, working off of an existing base. The tech stack includes JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery. They’re also helping us with our server.

What is the team composition?

I’m in contact with four people. There’s a main contact for the manual editor along with another person who handles all of our issues.

How did you come to work with Innovation Feel?

We were originally working with another developer to create our editor, but they left in the middle of the project. We couldn’t even contact them. I eventually found Innovation Feel through a recommendation. After I explained the situation, they agreed to help us out.

We’ve spent about $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our initial conversation was back in July 2019, and we’re still working with them. The project is almost finished, but there are still some requirements we have to fulfill to make the product better. This isn’t an urgent project, so we have lots of time to get it right.

It’s been a good experience, and the communication is perfect. I only need to explain what we’re doing, and they deliver as asked.

The project itself is well-managed. In particular, I’m grateful for Helen (Business Development Manager) who is very helpful. We communicate through Skype and email, and they would reply within a couple of hours if we had any questions.

We needed to create a robust and user-friendly ecommerce website. The goal was to establish an online platform where customers could browse products, make purchases, and have a seamless shopping experience. The project involved a comprehensive range of tasks and deliverables to achieve this objective. 

They were working on the website design, eCommerce development, which included a secure and scalable ecommerce platform using industry-standard technologies, payment gateways, a product catalog system, shopping cart and checkout process, as well as such deliverables as creating CMS, testing and quality assurance, security and performance optimizations.

Since the main goal of the project was making more sales by going online and extending the client base, I can say that the results were outstanding. We had a major boost in sales as soon as the website was launched. It helped us have more profit and extend the selection of our products. We were very satisfied with the outcome. The team met all the deadlines and created a really good looking and functional online store.
