Recordings of phone conversations between sales team and client are processed using an LLM.

The model evaluates the criteria of the questionnaire, and based on the evaluations, a status is assigned to the lead. If the system has qualified the lead as "requiring attention", it enters the queue of leads. The implication is that leads in this queue are available for "reactivation," a process by which the salesperson has the opportunity to re-interest the customer in buying.

The leads are then retrieved from the queue, an initiating WhatsApp message is sent to the phone number associated with the lead. If the customer responds positively to this message, the salesperson gets involved.

Innova's AI bot recovered 18-22% of previously lost warm leads by automating natural, objection-handling follow-ups. It converts abandoned opportunities into dealership visits and sales without manual effort.

The project scope was to integrate an existing web application into MS Teams. This way, MS Teams users and teams would be able to interact with the application in their favorite team collaboration system.

Dmitriy wrapped existing web app into MS Teams Tab. Adjusted authentication flow to behave differently once in MS Teams context. It uses MS Teams SDK to obtain user identity and authorize them in the web application accordingly.

Also, he provided a regular notification subsystem that added push notification to specified chats on schedule. The schedule, MS Teams channel and navigation link is configurable by team administrator. Navigation is implemented via deep links technology so once clicked the user is navigated to a particular page inside the application at MS Teams Tab. This approach also implies some changes at the application side to understand "redirect URI" from MS Teams SDK and behave accordingly.

Overall, we got a solid user experience followed by MS UI guidelines that were approved by Microsoft. The application is included into MS Teams apps list.

After a while, the app gained a new enterprise customer interested in incorporating our app into their processes. Since we use MS Teams as a collaboration tool, the integration became a crucial feature for us.
