 Innostax was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of our web and mobile platform for Energy Hire. The goal was to create a seamless two-sided marketplace enabling employers to efficiently find and hire talent, while allowing job seekers to easily discover and apply for relevant opportunities. The scope included product discovery, front-end and back-end development, and deployment. They collaborated closely with our team to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with our business goals.

We needed to revamp our legacy applications and modernize them to use the latest frameworks like React and React Native for mobile. We also needed to interface with ed-fi data standards so that we send the school data in the same standard that each state ed-fi framework requires. This was very crucial piece for us to enter into public school market. We also needed development efforts to create new features, customizations and to handle global rollouts.

The engineering practises that were demonstrated had high standards of quality. They were very particular on code reviews and mainataining consistency and delivering high quality code. They always hit thier deadlines within allocated budgets. The outcome of the team was highly predictable which helped us in giving commitments to our clients confidently.

They're highly responsive and prompt in addressing any of our concerns that we brought across. Definetely a highly professional team that I would work with on any project.

Their planning was outstanding. The estimation methods were pretty new and modern taking into account the unpredictables that might happen on the project. The Innostax took over the build of our app which at the time was a very hacky V1 of the app we invisioned. The team scaled our tech to all more traffic and transactions, built our our marketplace with three distinct locations (Ireland, the UK and the US), built administrative tools for desktop, fully integrated logistics and payments and built out all front end design in like with our UX wireframes.

Under Innostax's build Nuw was launched in the US, achieved over 100k downloads, hit the top ten shopping apps on the Irish App Store on both the Google Play and App Store and delivered an outstanding customer experience with a 97% retention rate of active traders.

Yes, working with the Innostax team was not only professional, timely, transparent, and efficient, but the team's judgment and advice on solving our technical problems were outstanding. It was always clear what was being done each day with day by day reporting delivered in our slack channel and Prashanth (founder of Innostax) always available to us. (And I mean, Always - we had a direct like for nights and weekends in the event of anything unforeseen).

We have worked with 6 people from Innostax team as we need the application in quick time. Project manager and lead are amazing with their technology grip and performance.

Innostax completed the project with in the timelines acheicing the miles stone of every 2-4 weeks as per schedule. We have finally got the upgrade which we were expecting. It was real quick and the enhancements they have come up made us really happy.

Innostax is good at delivering as they promised. They have good technology people. They could add some more departments like creative team ( Graphic) just to make sure all is done at their facility center.
